A few years ago I bought Garden Way. Garden Pathway mulch now you don’t carry it and I have to go to Lowe’s in Cotati to purchase it. Sure wish you carried it here again

The salesman that helped me came directly up to me when I entered the store. He asked me If I found everything I needed. I had come for some parts for my brother, specific pex clamps. I had a picture and a certain size bolt and nut. He took me directly to each item and helped me cheerfully. He made my trip to the store quick and with his knowledge of layout and the specific items incredibly time-saving. I told him he got an A++ for his kindness and effort. Everyone should be as helpful as he was.

Staff is kind to customers and prices are competitive.

I bought a GE dishwasher was told it would arrive August 7, 2022. When I called the Ukiah CA Home Depot to check on the order NO ONE WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE. I called the 1-800 customer service number, who was able to get in contact with an associate who informed the customer service lady that my dishwasher order would not arrive for at least 2 months! If I was informed of this at time of purchase by the sakes person, I would not have made the order.

I bought this because the sales staff were extremely helpful in securing all information that we asked for.

They offered line of credit, 2 staff and 1 manager and an hour time to complete transaction! Unacceptable!

I bought a washer and dryer 3 years ago and they delivered with the set up for free.

I found Sago Palm trees that I have been trying to find for a year! And they are hearty and healthy! Love them!

My overall review is that customer service is improving at a great rate. If you need help Morgan is a great resource

Love stopping here...we don't have a Home Depot in our area, so we usually stop in for "supplies" when on the road. Kathleen was our checker (in the garden shop). What a find, she was fantastic...great employee for the Depot!

The employee in the wood, paint, tools and garden are the best for giving me great responses to my questions

Employees need to be better educated on where items are in store.

Employees were very helpful in locating everything I needed to build chicken coop and fencing.

I am writing this about the customer service of the younger generation I would say 25 and below years old. The rest of pretty good actually but there’s not very many older than that and the Ukiah store. I asked a couple young man when worked in the paint department curly black hair that We’re walking along talking doing nothing that work there for some advice on how to handle a huge piece of steel corrugated mesh that didn’t fit into the cart I was getting cut on my hands and it was hanging up in my sweater snagging it they looked at me dead in the eyes both of them and the curly haired black one said “that is not our department you can find help over there” and then pointed somewhere I couldn’t tell you which way I think it was towards the lumber Dept. And I was still wrestling with this thing and they walked off continuing to talk. Well this really nice 90-year-old I bet you he was at least that old gentleman came and helped me help me fold it up and put it below the cart on the rack below and I thanked him profusely And explained what had just happened I think he saw that’s why he helped. And as a boys were walking back towards us I said “hey this gentleman helped me like he is the gentleman on his own time shopping, you guys were very rude and should learn how to help ladies and not shrig it off to somebody else just because you don’t know you could help me figure it out together “these two just looked me dead in the eyes and was dumbfounded like I was rude. This isn’t the first time this is happened to me in there and it’s not the first time the elderly gentleman has helped me kind of ironic actually. So Ukiah store number whatever you are get it together management I come in there a lot and I’m just so disappointed in it I hate going in there I’ve got me a Lowe’s credit card and I wish we had Lowe’s up here or I would go there .

As we were pushing our heavily loaded cart to our truck, I was approached by an employee (Travis) who asked if I would like some help loading my products into the back of my truck. I thanked him and another employee at which point they assisted me in getting a couple thousand pounds of materials into the bed of my truck. Their help was immeasurable!

If you’re in the market for a new appliance please check out the Home Depot Appliance Department. Sue Guillory, Appliance Specialist, is amazing! Knowledgeable, kind, and courteous! We bought our laundry center from her today and couldn’t be happier with the great customer service we received!

Always have project items

I went in to buy a floor lamp. I am disabled and came in the store in one of their motorized carts. It was almost dead so I decided to walk. No one greeted me, although there were employee’s all around. Not once was I asked if I needed help. The whole time I was in the store I was never helped. The only person that spoke to me was the kind young lady at self check out.

There was help at every turn during our remodel visit today, friendly and helpful staff

We live in a rural area where home improvement stores are small and have limited stock on hand. Home Depot in Ukiah is an hour's drive away, but well worth the time it takes to get there. The selection of stock on hand is outstanding. The store is huge, clean, and very well laid out. The employees are courteous, helpful and knowledgeable.

There are not nearly enough knowlegable customer service people on the floor at this store. When you hunt someone down to help find something, they often do not know the answer of where something would be found and they run off to find the answer, leaving you standing in the hopes they will return which they often do not do because someone else has hijacked them. Simply saying "I am with another customer now and will be glad to help you when I've finished with them" would be an appropriate thing to say but they are not trained well enough to say that. I was furious by the time I left the store the last time I had another customer hijack the customer service guy who was helping me.

Some people are good. Some are not. Get rid of those old ladies up front will not check myself out standing around that’s there job bad attitudes.

I find what I need ( plants, lumber, etc) always at the Ukiah store.I am away pleased with the courtesy.

The friendly staff were kind and so very helpful. No matter what department I was in, everybody was smiling and ready to help with my questions. Thank you for making my experience at the Ukiah Home Depot a happy one!
