Great store--always has what I need!!

Thanks to George and Ron my husband and I were able to find everything we needed for our new bathroom. George actually went with us to each area answering our questions and helping us find what we needed. They made our visit easy and fast. Thanks guys!

The store in Tyler, TX is run by great employees and by an OUTSTANDING Store manager named Omar. We do an above average amount of business at Home Depot, and shop there regularly. We had a major failure and massive leak with a kitchen faucet that had a "Lifetime" guarantee. We had lost our original receipt, and Home Depot no longer carried that particular faucet. Initially, they said we had to contact the manufacturer to rectify our problem. The store manager, Omar, stepped in, and made the meaning of the Home Depot motto of "Customer Satisfaction"__Real__and not just a clever corporate slogan. He then marched my wife and I back to the "Faucet" department, and told us to pick any one we wanted. Our Problem was SOLVED, and the next day my wife didn't have to wade through the small "pond" of water in the kitchen and our guests didn't know anything ever happened. Brilliant Managers and employees carrying out meaningful Company ideals. You couldn't ask for more, and we need more people like Omar in EVERY business__both the large and small.

After shopping in Home depot stores in the metroplex this store needs some serous cleanup and organization! I am a Home Depot man. Moving to East Texas from the metroplex I shop this Home Depot from Mineola, TX. Because I am a Home Depot man. We need a Home Depot store in the Lindale, Mineola area.

The Tyler store seems to have adequate stock and knowledgeable people.

The two ladies in the large appliance area are excellent to work with. Namely they are CJ Sharp & Heather Roberts. I highly recommend working with them if you are shopping for a large appliance, e.g. refrigerator, stove, etc.

Store was clean, was greeted by numerous employees as walked through the store and ended up being helped in carpet by a very pleasant and knowledgeable employee named Tedric

Great sanitation station when you walk in. Went directly to lawn mowers. Ernest helped us. Extremely knowledgeable about the product. We bought a push mower in matter of minutes. Checkout lady ,Terry, was helpful with buying extended warranty. Would recommend this store.

Saw 20-30 employees while in the store and not one of them asked if I needed help. When I stopped some of them for help they acted like I was inconveniencing them and they were not help and had no idea where product was in the store and didn’t offer any further assistance. Shop elsewhere where they are better at customer service.

Dee in the plumbing area was super nice and great to help us figure out the ins/outs of the Rheem water heaters. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. We will definitely go back and get help with our bathroom remodel and get Dee's help again.

The employees are knowledgeable and kind. They get excited about the projects that clients are working on and strive to make the visit a great one!

I went to the store to look at appliances and the lady was very accommodating and I purchased a new refrigerator. The area was clean, the service was good. I was checked out at the appliance dept and now just have wait until item can be shipped (not the store's problem, just the time we are living).

Products we wanted are available. Store associates were available to assist us. We did not have to wait at all to be assisted. The store employee Pam assisted me in comparing the washer/dryer models and answered all my questions.

When you are told that you should do something, then they should show you how that is done. Thanks.

This store actually had a live human being who was the most helpful associate I have seen in years. He answered questions about the use of insecticides and looked up answers of all the questions we asked. Respectful and kind. Great asset for Home Depot

Pam our sales associate was extremely helpful throu my whole process of buying the right stove/oven that fits my budget and needs. Customer service is a must when I shop and Home Depot is where I will return for all other home projects or items I need for my home. Thank you Pam for making our experience easy and fun!

clean,easy,yes. more electric wheelchairs,like Brookksires. would help. not me,of coursee! better price cut on multiple gallons of paint.its skyrocked! drop calk to $3.19 as i dorve 4 extra miles to avoid Lowe and shop you. more iced teas in coolers. no sugar. picky enough for ya! cherrio

Watch your sales ticket! Cashier over charged me $125.03 and I didn’t catch it until I got home. Which was an hours drive from Home Depot.

Hand sanitation wipes would be nice located at the end of every isle. This would help spreading the Covid19 virus.
