I would just like to say how surprisingly helpful the people in this store were! And a special shout out to Earnest Easy...I was looking for some Christmas light clips and he, very politely said that the store had been out for some time...I moved on to my other purchases and 20 minutes later here comes Earnest tracking me down with a buggy and a box full of clips that they had just taken off of a delivery truck! What exceptional service with a smile...he was so very kind to speak with to boot! Keep up the good work Earnest and the Tyler, Texas Home Depot crew!

I sent to pick up some Ryobi batteries that were advertised on their website as part of the " in store and online" Black Friday sale in April. The batteries rang up as $50 more than the sale price. The checker told me that the store does not honor prices from their website.

I had one of the best if not the best shopping experience at my hometown Home Depot in Tyler Texas ever today!!!! The associate Todd working on that day was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I highly recommend when you go to the Home Depot ask if Todd is working that day so he can personally help you. Thank you very much.

Our hot water heater was leaking. Master Plumber found at Home Depot. We went on Sunday and helpful person at Appliances pulled up on computer and we purchased it. Master Plumber picked it up on Monday morning and completed the installation. Best customer service.

Purchased Behr mqe 9454 satin1200 paint and this is what is needed to adhere to metal garage doors.

Went it to buy a jigsaw happened to be under promo had search empoyee to unlock cabinet tool not in its space search began finially found free battery was given went to check out battery was not taken off being charged 53.10 got assistance rep said something wrong hardware came over gave me 2nd battery which same as 1 st said here right one I scanned nope same battery as before same cost. Both workers went 1 came back gave you wrong battery 2 times were look for fight one hang here till find it. Worker came over we don't have battery but shows 11 in-stock on the app we don't have them here 25.00 off tool for incomvience 79.99 battery I was given 25.00 off homedept profited 54.99 that battery will be eventually sold to customer 2 hrs to get a jigsaw and scammed out of free battery

Me and my dad had an extremely hard time finding help in hardware. Majority of the associates ignored us. No greetings, didn't ask if we needed help. Some just talked to each other. Only David in hardware was exceptional. So if your having trouble finding anything talk to David in hardware!

Today I went to this HomeDepot to buy 3 Ryobi tools. Upon arriving at the tool section the tools were locked up which I totally understand. I asked a associate for help getting the tools I wanted, and he said he would get someone with a key. I stood there for over 15 minutes, asking no less than 6 associates for help. I finally saw the 1st person and he had the "deer in the headlight" look and turned and saw a lady associate and told her I needed help then he walked off. The lady was very nice, said let me get the key and returned shortly and assisted me in getting the items I needed THEN WHEN I got to the self check out I had a "monitor" stand beside me I guess to make sure I didn't forget to check out a item. Then when I asked about getting my military discount, schedule replied oh you can't get a discount on those cause they are on sale. Even after showing her my VA card. Wonderful experience

We had at least 4 separate employees offer assistance during our last visit. They were all so friendly and helpful. Certainly made our visit so much more enjoyable!

C.J. Sharp did an outstanding job of taking care of me getting my new washer and dryer. I felt like she explained everything thoroughly and had such a positive attitude. She helped me all the way through the process, even applying for a credit card. You need more employees like her.

Purchased a refrigerator floor model so only one. Paid for it waiting to be brought out and loaded and told that it had already been sold 20 mins prior. We had waited 30-45 mins for help with no one. The "customer" that supposedly bought it walked away and then seen when leaving the store in a home Depot vest. I asked to speak to a manager and was told it was the manager there saying she had already sold it. She was no help. When we purchased it showed one in the computer I asked how it was still showing and they said they weren't sure. Asked how can prove they bought it first and our salesman just shrugged his shoulders. I had a receipt but of course other walked off probably due to not having a receipt. The manager lied and said she sold it to the customer which I actually saw was an employee so she held it for her friend is what probably happened.

Greatest service and products and choices

I left a coupon at home and the service counter, helped me use the HD app and adjust my HD credit card to a PRO card so that I could get the discount and start earning points towards a future purchase. Very friendly customer service counter and great help with loading 2 carts of lumber, tile and trim into vehicle.

We were shopping for a refrigerator with 3 kids in tow. Had a specific budget and an immediate need for delivery. CJ was so kind, and helpful. She listened to what we needed, pointed us in the eighth direction, and got us in and out of there quick and painless!! She made the whole experience great!

Bought a fridge. Great customer service. Helped my friend get a store card so that we can pay on it interest free for 12 months
