David made a special effort to help me find the item I was looking for.

I have never had any problems with Home Depot. The items I get are right for the job and the staff are helpful. With this CoVid going on it is sometimes a bit more wait time to find someone to assist me in finding things but that is understandable. Store is always clean and well stocked. Just overall a great place to shop.

Every time I’ve gone to the store people are always willing to help if I’m looking for a particular product there a whole lot better than the other store specially at the Tyler location do you know a guy named Tommy would really help for a couple other people were really helpful and 10 and friendly and willing to help and that’s way better than the other home improvement store that I previously went to early today

David was excellent. There’s no incentives for employees I find that very shameful as this is not the case in my experiences with retail. Home Depot really has the potential to reach the upper echelon of homeowners. As I jokingly say that 10% target market is up for grabs. It’s either homedepot or Lowe’s you decide.

A third party contractor, Jeremy with Universal Logistics of Virginia, was so helpful in the parking lot. It's so great to shop at a store where even the 3rd party contractors are courteous and helpful.

I go to Home Depot all the time I like going there to see some of the workers like Angelina she’s always really nice and always welling to help find what ever I’m looking for and Their employees are helpful on what stuff you need to do a project thanks Home Depot

The Tyler, Texas Home Depot is the best hardware store in East Texas (and I have visited most of them in the last 22 years) Between the professional service, quantity of products, and military discount it has become my first/last stop. Soldier/Cop/Grunt, Retired

Every employee knows the store inside and out and gives great directions for locating things.

customer service was great and all my questions were answered making it easy to pick out a washer and dryer. only reason i didn't give 5 stars was delivery time ranges from 4 days to 2 weeks. thankfully i found ones that could be delivered in 4 days and were a fair price even with the recent price increases due to covid pandemic.

David helped me with the purchase of breakers for my son's home on Monday. He was very patient, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I also was able to check out quickly and had a great cashier. Thank you for providing excellent customer service!

I went to purchase a thermostat which the store was supposed to have 4 of. None were on the shelf nor in racks above. I asked an employee (Tommie) for help in finding the item. He told me "USE YOUR EYES, MAN." He grudgingly went with me to Aisle 30 Bay 5 where I showed him the empty shelf and the online inventory count of 4 on my phone. He scanned the location and his system said HD had 5 on hand. We could not locate the thermostat that I wanted (a best seller). I used to work at Home Depot about 20 years ago. Anyone saying that to an employee would have been fired.

The atmosphere was friendly. I was assisted by the manager and his associate who greeted me. The store was clean and everyone was working to help other customers.

I enjoy shopping at this home Depot, things are easy to find and if I have trouble finding anything there is always someone close to help. I would recommend this store to anyone.

I found the items I wanted with ease. They were 10 feet above the floor level. I found an associate and pointed out where my items were. He said to give him just a moment and he would get the right fellow for recovering my items. Seems less then two minutes and a flagman and fork lift with operator came to me. In little time my items were loaded on my push cart and I was making my way to the cashier.

I had know clue where to start, the young man took my list and found everything for me. I didn't get his name, but thank you.

I have been shopping at Home Depot for over 16 years. I am an old lady with big ideas and limited skills so I really appreciate the knowledge and patience of all your employees who have helped me with great suggestions on the best way to make my ideas come to life.

Store was clean , don't like the ideal that I could not get a military discount on my dishwasher.

home depot is a store you will love it has everything you need as far as remodeling or building a home. so much pretty things .
