Paint department was extremely helpful and was able to answer all our questions. We had been to another store who could not answer any questions and didn't try!

The store is clean and well organized. The young lady in lighting went to great lengths to assist me in locating solar lighting options I was looking for a specific item that a friend had told me about and she helped me find it. I was able to purchase exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for great customer service.

This store has always been above average in maintaining ample inventory, especially on sale items. I have never been disappointed when shopping here. Home Depot in Tuscaloosa is easy to enter but a bit difficult to exit due to traffic pattern flow and proximity to other businesses. Inventory is good and knowledge level and friendliness of staff excellent. The Customer Service folks, on the other hand, might need some coaching on how Water Heater installation by a Third Party Contractor actually works as this is a protracted ordeal involving inspections, permitting, and other stags. It was better to purchase and install the Water Heater myself and I saved a bunch.

My husband and I had driven an hour and a half to another home improvement store that said they had the product we were looking for. Upon arrival we were told that the product had been out of stock and no one updated their system. I had called prior to leaving that morning and was told that the product was there. We found this Home Depot on our way home and decided to see if they had what we were looking for. They had a similar product that we could use. We will probably only purchase from Home Depot in the future. The quality was worth the extra cost.

Store has everything you need and best bargains in town. Employees are friendly and courteous.

The store had products all in the aisle. It was like a maze trying to maneuver through the store. I think there is a enough time before the store opens and after it closes to restock or rearrange the store. Not in the middle of the day. The store also needs to honor the 10 percent military discount on all items, not just some.

Store is short handed and you can easily tell who is seasonal help and who are career associates.

I lost my dad almost a year ago and I have two plants left from his funeral. I’ve never been one to keep a house plant alive, but thankfully I have these two! It’s time to move them to bigger pots, but I wasn’t exactly sure what size and how to go about it. I was also nervous I’d kill them. Millie in the garden department was extremely helpful!! She’s such a hard worker and the garden center was swamped, but she answered all my questions and made me feel like I was the only customer there!

Rick in flooring went beyond his job duty in helping us. Because if customer service we will by everything we need for our remodel job from Home Depot

The people at this location are so wonderful. I always feel welcome when I’m shopping there and on my last visit 3/22/19 I wasn’t having the best day. When I was looking for some concrete anchors I was approached by an employee that I can’t recall their name and they were so polite and helpful. After finding the item for me they said goodbye and have a wonderful afternoon. Then I was checking out and the cashier “Hedy” was so happy and polite and sweet. She engaged in random conversation with me while she took care of my purchase. She was just great. I left there in a significantly better mood than when I came in. I love Home Depot and will definitely be back. Thanks for making my day better

I went to the store to purchase a mower. Marty in garden and Danai at the customer service desk were AWESOME! Ask for them the next time you stop by. They went ABOVE & BEYOND to help me!

The lumber department was either warped, twisted, or empty. Hard to shop for a project, when the inventory is so jacked up.
