Russel is the best! I was feeling intimidated by the massive aisle of bulbs staring at me and not having any clue what to get. Russel came and asked if I needed any help and answered all my questions (I ask alot of questions). I've never seen an employee answer my questions so thoroughly and with such kindness and ease. Russel was eager to help and not impatient or in a rush. After speaking with him I felt like I had taken a crash course on light bulbs and I'm so appreciative of him. I love to learn new things. My experience with Russel left me in awe. Russel is the poster child for exceptional customer service. I know it sounds cheesy but I almost cried (a happy cry) when I left the store because I was so humbled by Russel's demeanor. Thank you for hiring him. And roll tide!

Great staff, well stocked store. I drive one hour each way from my home in Mississippi to shop at this Home Depot location! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I can always find what I need.

I would like to take a moment and praise our cashier Babretta. She is so pleasant and friendly every time we come into the store, and it has actually become a habit for us to look for her before we choose a checkout line. She just really focuses on making sure everyone is helped and satisfied with their visit.

I would highly recommend the Tuscaloosa Home Depot. I have been very pleased with the assistance I receive each time I have visited lately. I feel safe and the employees are very pleasant and helpful. I have had wonderful assistance in finding items and great assistance in loading large items, especially in the lumber department.

Very impressed by the all the employees that assisted me today. I was personally taken to the air conditioners, another young man brought it up front for me, then another took it out to my car. In fact, I am going to have my college age son apply for a job there. Two of these young men were new employees.

The Home Depot store experience for me today was satisfying. I found everything I wanted to purchase. No problems, and the store employees were polite, when checking out. I did not feel unsafe, even though I was shopping during the pandemic. Clean store, nice people!

Carol in lawn mowers is coward and a B&TCH She likes to trash talk you to other customers when you walk away and the best part is she didn’t even point me to the correct product Will never go back to this store after today

Overall good performance. Needs additional staff members that are highly trained and motivated to SERVE CUSTOMERS. The cleaning supplies were out of stock probably because of COVID19 but there didn't appear to be any effort to replenish. I had to go to the end of the store from the hot water heater isle to find a employee to ask a question about a hot water heater part . Even showed her a picture on my cell phone but she was not familiar. But, she did say she would find someone if I needed help. I declined but said I hoped to be back Monday to buy a Rheem hot water heater (50 gallon natural gas). Everyone was friendly and helpful but you just couldn't always find someone.

Couldn’t get anyone to help me in this store I’m very disappointed with this experience

Hedy, the cashier, ROCKED! Helped with damaged products, inquired about other needs based on items in my cart, asked about me being a vet (I am a vet and a woman). Just went the extra mile. Was at your store today at lunch.

It was very nice to shopping at there n still higher prices than another store.

The Tuscaloosa, Alabama store was, as usual, clean, neat, well stocked and well organized. Store emp;loyees were friendly and helful, as usual. Also, when I go in, at times, I and my lady friend, take our small dog, Sammy and most all the store emloyees know Samy by name, even though they may or may not remember mine. LOL. Anyway, Great Store, Great People and Great Experience always. Keep up the Great Work.

I drive from Meridian MS to get BEHR paint. It is the only store that carries it and the only paint I will ever use. Thanks HD for providing it. Please build one there for us!

Upon entering the flooring department, we were immediately met by 2 employees that were very helpful in helping us make our decision on what direction we needed to go on padding and carpet. The layout of the carpet samples as well as the cleanliness of the store was a big plus. Friendly and helpful staff will keep me coming back for other services.

This is an excellent Home Depot , with extremely helpful employees with wonderful personalities. The store is very clean , including the restrooms and is well lit both inside and outside.

Store associates were friendly and helped me locate some of the items I could not find. The cashier Dearenda was very friendly and helped make my shopping experience a much more enjoyable and felt my visit was appreciated.

My husband and I had our 17 year old daughter make a visit to our local HD so that we could continue our project at home. The associates made sure she had the supplies needed before leaving. This saved us from having to return an incorrect item, exchange it and then purchase the correct one. It was refreshing to have such wonderful help. Also, the gentleman named Billy that gathers carts from the parking lot is such a joy to be around. He is always happy, speaks each time we see him and ask how our day is going.

Friendly staff, well displayed merchandise, easy checkout....what more could you ask for!

Great Store, outstanding employees that are friendly and helpful.

A knowledgable, friendly, helpful, store and employees that was common in years gone by in smaller Hardware Retailers. Somehow, Home Depot and its employees have maintained that friendly, neighborhood, yet knowledgeable and professional know-how in a Big Box Store. Would recommend this store to anyone at any experience level with needs in Home Mainenance or Improvement.

Helpful staff and great quality products. Love the wonderful plant choices in the garden center.

Recommend only because there are a FEW employees that care for their jobs and will give good friendly service if you’re lucky enough to get them.
