I went to Tuscaloosa Home Depot to purchase tile. The lady in the tile department immediately helped me and then Kelvin and Eric helped me load the tile into pickup. Great friendly service today at HD. Keep up the good work.

I needed about 10 pieces of peel and stick tile to repair a bathroom for an elderly lady. I found some loose tile that was out of the box, and they sold them to me for a discount.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I had to return items and find others and Britney, Kim and Sam helped and helped me find other products. Great store!

I made an online order, was told there was not enough of the items I ordered, they didn’t bother to check top stock, which had a whole pallet. Also when calling, no one ever helps you just get transferred and put on hold until you finally give up and just hang up the phone.

I didn’t have to hunt down employees for help

Everything I needed was in stock except for lumber items and they were in overhead. Some lady said she could not get them down. That was disappointing.

This store went above and beyond to help with the purchase of a new oven. I went to Lowe’s 1st and felt like they didn’t want to help me. I had a drop in oven and they had no drop in in the store. The ones that could be ordered were very expensive and I asked about having modifications for a slide in. The lady that was assisting me was not very helpful and after talking to her a few minutes I said I was going to see what Home Depot had. She said ok and didn’t try to help me with an alternative or anything. I felt like she was just trying to get rid of me. I went to Home Depot and it was a different experience. A lady named Kolbie helped me and she was so nice and took up time with me and made me feel like she really wanted to help me find a solution. She helped me find a stove and she helped me find someone who could make the modifications in my cabinets to accommodate the slide in. She was so nice and so helpful and made me feel like she really wanted to help me.

Store is clean and well organized. App took me right to what I needed. Was visiting my daughter and needed a few things for their new house.

we buy maintenance products for our apartments love this store very few times was I unhappy but that's okay wouldn't swap for anything

We purchased LPG logs about 3 weeks ago. Although we have a receipt showing it had a remote. The company is now saying it didn’t come with a remote. We paid a great deal of money having the logs installed. Home Depot is saying we have to pay to get the logs uninstalled and returned after we purchase another set of logs with a remote we pay for installment

Help throughout the store didn't have to try and find an associate. Everyone seemed generally interested in my having a good shopping experience.

I shopped for paint was very satisfied with the product and enjoyed the service I received from Jaz very pleasant young lady. I also shopped garden center everything I needed was in stock and had a very pleasant experience with the cashier Trina. Great job ladies❣️

Cashier would not accept my retired military ID card. I advised the cashier I was veified by Home Depot, via their app. Cashier simply did not like dealing with me.

My aunt bought a Troy-Bilt Briggs and Stratton 21" self-propelled FWD for $359 on May 12. She paid $394.90 total. The mower ran great up until July 13, 2022. Oil started pouring out of the head gasket which could not be fixed without sending the mower back to Atlanta. It was going to take 6-10 weeks for a repair or swap. Home Depot went ahead and issued an in-store credit and replaced the mower with a $399 21" Toro, self-propelled RWD with Bagger and mulching kit for the same price as the original. Great customer service and awesome experience. I will be back to buy other products! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, was because the first mower broke.

Employee went out of there way to check overhead for items missing on shelves. Can’t thank her enough.

I had between 3,500 and 3,800 taken from my purse in my cart and there was no lead on the thief due to an inoperable Camera.

I purchased a new appliance (refrigerator). The customer service was great! Seeing smiling faces made my shopping experience so enjoyable! I thank everyone for their hard work..

I went in the lawn and garden center and had the most professional and friendly cashier Tonya. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and carried on a conversation like we had been friends for years. The world needs more people like Tonya! GREAT JOB TONYA, KEEP THAT SMILE!!!!!

I had a return but had lost my receipt, and the store workers were very kind and helpful!! I got it returned and bought something else with another employees assistance as well! Overall a very clean store with amazing employees!

One of our favorite places to go...especially with our dog Snoopy. Employee Tonja Ruffin is so friendly with us and our pup :)-She makes shopping a joy. We are CONSTANTLY doing home improvement or repair projects. Home Depot's customer service makes shopping for them a little more like date night lol

Came into the store tonight to get paint to finish my daughters nursery. For one, not ONE person greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. I had to find two associates, which I’m sure one of them was the manager. And still did not immediately stop when I walked up. One of the guys told me jt will be just a second. Well a second turn into almost 45 minutes. Another associate came to assist Im assuming and walked right past me. Did not ask if I had been helped or if I needed help. Then the two paint associates and the self checkout girl were all standing around talking to another customer. Which it took for the customer to tell one of the associates that I needed assistance. If it had not been for him, not one of the associates were going to ask me what I needed. I came at 7:30 and didn’t leave until 8:15. I am beyond mad at how I was treated tonight and more than likely will not come back to this location.
