First time shopper at this store, really liked it. Considering the traffic in the store the employees are awsome. A good selection of products and good prices.

Had a great experience getting four entry doors installed. Employee by the name of Randall is the go to guy for questions about doors. He is very patient and knowledgeable. Plus like the location of this Home Depot which isn't far from my home.

The store was clean there was a lady cleaning and helping other at the same time , I believe her name is Kelly. Both Kelly and Stacy helped me, they were very polite and very helpful.

Employees very knowledgable, friendly. Inventory well stocked.

Customer Service associate was extremely unfriendly and rude for no reason. Associate was on a phone call, on speaker. I didn’t realize and asked for help. She didn’t say anything. She pointed down to her phone with her pen and that was the extent of our interaction. Completely unnecessary and rude. After spending $400. Which doesn’t make us special, but certainly didn’t warrant the attitude and poor service. Go to Lowe’s instead. Won’t be back here anymore.

Right now low on tools stock but an excellent store to shop

I specifically went to buy a variety of colored mums to plant this fall, sadly the smaller #8 & #9 pots I was planning to buy, and did buy a few, had just two colors to choose from: white & burnt-orange. I bought two #8 white potted mum’s and one #9 burnt-orange looking mum. The plants themselves were similar in size & appeared healthy. The #9 burnt-orange hardy mum had very few buds blooming, but I assume it will bloom fully once planted. The white ones are full of blooms and look beautiful. I had wanted to buy several yellow, purple and red mums of similar size, but none were available. I will go back to the store this week to check and see if more colors are available in 8 & 9 inch pots. The two white #8 mums cost a total of $11.96. The burnt orange #9 cost $7.98.

This store always has many, many more employees working in it than the other big box home supply store that is much closer to my home. In addition most of the employees are experienced and knowledgeable in the various trades. This store is always clean, neat, well stocked and seems to consistently have more product selection than the other big box chain.

I always shop at Home Depot. There are 2 in Lexington and I shop both from time to time. Stores are always stocked and clean. Employees are always ready to help if needed.

Easiest and friendly return and order pickup department I’ve ever seen

What kind of manager puts their employee on the cash register with no money in her till in order to give the customer change? Shame on you! I guarantee everyone behind me in line was either mad at me or mad at Kiara the cashuee because it was taking so long. It wasn't my fault and she apologized to me, but like I told her, it's not your fault it's management who's supposed to make sure that you have cash in your till.

Everything was normal except after I had already gotten home I noticed on my receipt that I unknowingly got charged for a free replacement warranty. Nobody has time to have to go back and stand in these covid 19 long lines.

This store is consistently a good store to find product in and has employees who are willing to help. I did not ask for help, but 2 young men saw me loading bags of soil and came to do it for me. They also loaded it my truck. The cashier had problems with her portable scanner and let us all know it would take longer than usual to get checked out since she had to enter numbers by hand. She never lost her cool or quit working to wait for help. The employees at this store are great. This store is also good about keeping stocked with product. Very seldom to I go there and it not have what I need,

Every employee I have come in contact with has been more than helpful and often gone out of their way to help me get answers if they did not know. The store is always clean and items are easily found. I shop here often and will continue to do so!
