great store, mainly because the staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

I walked around for 10 minutes trying to find some help in the plumbing area because I was looking for a specific part for my kitchen sink and wasn’t exactly sure what it was called and had some questions. I never found anyone, so I walked to the registers and asked them to call someone for me. The girl at the register kept trying to call but no one in that department was picking up. While she kept trying, I downloaded the Home Depot app, searched for a few minutes, was able to figure out what the part was called, look at what aisle the app said, then go find it myself.

We love the personalized service of our local Home Depot. The selection is always good too. We also get good ideas for our home while shopping there too.

Great experience. Jeff in appliances worked very hard to make sure my home suite for a new construction was exactly what I wanted at the price I needed to stay relatively on budget.

I generally don’t have a great impression of big box stores. I find that I usually have to track down an employee to help me and then when I find one, that employee is unable or unwilling to help. I purchased a washing machine today hand had a great experience at the Home Depot. Yessie approached me and was very enthusiastic about helping me. She found the model that I needed on their website and she had it ordered, delivery set, and I had paid in under 15 minutes. A really good experience.

This store deserves an A+ for customer service. It has lots of staff, and they are all helpful. I drove an hour and a half to shop here, and it was one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in quite some time.

This store was very helpful. They also did the work in my house and we were very please with the job. My wood floors look great. Now I can't wait to see the my staircase. I will be going to Home Depot for all my home improvements.

It warms my heart to walk in the front door and see a greater being a special needs person. Being the parent of a special needs child myself this is why I will continue to shop here. Thank you for showing love to the special needs Home Depot I respect you doing this.

I found my first shopping experience at this store to be a very pleasant one. The store is well organized and I was able to immediately find the area where the item I needed was located. The store was neat and clean and the employees were pleasant and willing to assist the customers.
