I have has a awesome experience at the Home Depot store

I have always had great service at the Tupelo Home Depot. The staff is always very helpful and polite.

I went to the other store and had an awful experience with a very stressed out sales person who didn't have adequate help. I went to Home Depot to find two very friendly sales associates waiting calmly, with no insults, waiting to assist me. They took their time, helped me understand which paint I needed without telling me, "a line is behind you, you need to hurry this up," like I was told as the other store. I mentioned my experience at the other place and the woman in the paint department told me she had been there many years. She enjoyed her job because Home Depot takes care of their employees. I would agree. She had help and wasn't let to man the paint counter alone.

Home Depot quotes installation included in their counter top prices but NEGLECTS to mention that you will be nickel and dimed by their selected contractors for “custom labor”. Labor is labor. Anything else is just BS and an attempt to get MORE money for nothing really.

I had an enjoyable experience shopping at HD except for the fact of Bill being so grouchy and in helpful. Makes me sad for a person to act this way. I love going to this Home Depot but never look forward to being checked out by Bill.

I bought supplies for a plumbing job and I was at this particular store and it was probably the cleanest and most organized of all the local area home Depot's I have been in,, not saying that the other stores were not clean and organized. Just this particular store was in immaculate condition,,, hoorah hoorah. Outstanding job at this home Depot.

Every product i have bought from the store has been great. They always have what i need and if they are out they will order it for me with free delivery to my home if needed. This is the store i use for anything needed for my home.

Employee was very apologetic that they did not have the item that I wanted in stock but she was quick to get it ordered for me so I could get it as soon as possible.

You better double check your reciepts. I bought one 037000665236 Bounty 6SR and was charged for 2. The self check out was staffed by an employee that did a swift check-out and did not verify her work. I FOUND THIS ERROR AFTER I ARRIVED AT HOME IN HAMIL TON, AL. If it had been a smalll item one would better understand this gross error but a big bundle of paper towel and charge for 2 instead of one???? I also was caused to waste a trip to Tupelo Homedepot back in the winter I ordered a 24" GE double oven the date given me for arrival I called to see if it was in stock, was told yes is in stock so I arrive to pick-up and no oven was present and had to wait one week more. I tried to contact J. Lesley by email and the service was too ful to receive any more emails. I guess I am saying too much sloop from the top down.
