This store does not honor their in store credit that they give to their customers.

The associates were very friendly and helpful, all had a willing attitude seemingly genuine to help with whatever the need was. The store was clean and easier to maneuver around things and to find.

Nice store and love Ryobi tools

Great environment to shop in, customer focus staff that are always willing to help you. Store well stocked. Great location, every Home Depot I've been to is always located in a great spot where it is easy to get in and out of. I have been a Ryobi customer from the beginning, so I always stop by the growing Ryobi displays.

I was in Home Depot today, April 3, 2021. I received professional services from the salesperson.

Long story short. We ordered a dishwasher on March 13th for delivery. They said it had to be ordered and will be delivered the 23rd. Did not hear from anyone. So we called day of and they proceed to tell us we did not pay for the item and hung up on us. Sent my wife up there and they could not find the order in the system and said we did not pay for it. Brought in the receipt and it would not pull up our order. All they can tell us was the system glitched. For an almost $800 purchase we will not be back. Worst experience buying an appliance ever. Was so excited for a dishwasher only to find out it was never ordered or “paid for” as Home Depot employees said.

Great selection of items and clean store

I was in the store to get bird houses and a young guy got it off the top shelf for me and then went to my truck with me to get my old lawn mower battery to trade in for a new one

Treated like a criminal, followed and had my items ripped apart at register to see what I was hiding. I was in the store a whole 20 min, when they tore the boxes open at the register insinuating that the items were sold separately, when the box said a complete starter kit, and even showed the items were included on box. I didnt want it after that, I purchased my other items, and left quickly. So I could get a receipt for survey. Will not be back. A man I'm street clothes, acted like police. Seriously, I am a business owner, and my husband builds homes. They just lost a good customer. And I will spread the word. Very sad.

The Tupelo, Ms store is located in a very accessible location and is very easy to get to, with plenty of parking. The store is exceptionally clean and is laid out very nicely for easy shopping. There are sufficient personnel that are always available and are more than willing to help, if needed. Love to shop here. Very professionally organized.

The store was very clean and everything was in the order it needed to be and when I’ve asked in the past if they had something in the back and they went above and beyond to go check and see if they had it in stock .

The associates were friendly and helpful. The store was very presentable. The product I was looking for was easy to find and neatly arranged on the shelves. In addition, I did not have to ask for assistance at check-out, an associate by the name of Cassandra readily came over to assist me.

Associate in appliances was very disrespectful

Store is fine—problem is with Home Depot’s new max refund policy. I paid $499 for an AC unit and brought it back unopened 18 days later. They only refunded me $449. How is this justified? Home Depot: I’d like an answer please before I move my business to other stores.
