NEEDED A PART FOR A GARAGE DOOR. THE PART HAD TO BE SPECIAL ORDERED AND THE ASSOCIATE COULD NOT REACH THE COMPANY WHILE I WAS IN THE STORE. HE SAID HE WOULD CALL ME TO TELL ME THE PRICE AND DO THE ORDER ON THE PHONE. I WAITED TILL THE END OF THE DAY THEN CALLED THE STORE HE HAD THE PRICING INFORMATION BUT WOULD NOT DO THE ORDER OVER THE PHONE SO I HAD TO COME IN A SECOND TIME. MY CREDIT CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED AND THE ITEM THAT WAS ORDERED WILL NOT BE IN TILL THE 24TH OF APRIL. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Couldn't find anyone to.help me Until.i.walked through the whole store A very nice man in appliance guidede.up.to be where I needed to.be.normally I would say about 8 ywars ago,it seemed more organized and people were more.helpfull

This particular Home Depot is so very easy to wander around. The store is clean and there are numerous store associates available to assist you. As the store is a stand alone one (no other stores adjacent to it, one has a vast parking lot to enter and exit from.

Bought a fixer-upper so I live at the Home Depot. Three options to shop from near my home but the TRUMBULL location has the best staff and that makes all the difference. The people working in this store definitely have more expertise - in every department. Even the greeter is more helpful and knows exactly where everything is. After frustrating visits to Bridgeport and Stratford Home Depot Stores, this location is a pleasure! The guys here are not teens or 20-somethings. They know a lot about home improvement!

This store lacks Professional & courteous employees . They are Lazy & unwilling to help.

For the first time since this store opened, I can say that it was very clean, organized, andseemed to care for the customer's shopping experience. I will visit this store every time I require something that it carries.

The people in the paint department are very knowledgeable, especially Kim, she knows everything about everything.

This particular Home Depot store is one of the nicest I have shopped in. It is always clean and orderly, and the employees are always around to help (with a smile to boot!).

The associates starting with the greeter Susan were very friendly and helpful making shopping easier and pleasant.

Store has good prices, people are great. People are there for you and very friendly. Bri and Johanna are always very pleasant and helpful.

Go to the service desk if you need help with anything. The woman with the long hair will make it happen and treat you with respect.

I have a good feeling when I walk into this store. People are friendly and the displays are well done. Store is clean and employees are helpful. It's a good place to be.

I must say that every time I go to Home Depot, I find what I need, the prices are great, they have a great selection and most of all the staff go above and beyond what I have ever experienced as a shopper in any retail establishment. If you need anything, go to Home Depot. Even the music on TV inspires me! "More saving, more doing" is so right on the mark. Personally, I would rather watch a Home Depot commercial than most anything else that is on TV. Yeah, it's THAT good.

I have been to the Trumbull Store now 3 times in succession. I have had the best experience there. I prefer it to the other locations in the area. The people were friendly, helpful and kind. I left with a smile!!!

Since opening, this store has improved greatly. They have hired a great staff who is always there to help you ... and with a smile. It is clean and very well stocked. Never feel that I have to go somewhere else!

If you're looking for kitchen appliances talk to Bob. He knows his stuff.

Although holiday weekend we found everything we went in for. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Cashier although busy had a smile and upbeat attitude for all her customers and took the time to answer questions. Great experience!!
