One of the best Home dept. stores in the area. Store is very clean and we are able to get majority of the items we need. Associates are friendly and knowledgeable though it takes time to find an associate.

Look for Terry in Appliances. She was very helpful, went above and beyond to find a good delivery date for us and made suggestions that added up to a $50.00 discount. She knew her stuff and was able to direct me to the features I wanted on a washer and a stove.

The store was clean and nice quipped. Friendly employees and big assortment of gardening inventory.

We find the staff to be generally very friendly and helpful.

Alot of the workers and cashiers are very nice, respectful and helpful but many of the "head cashiers" or "ring leaders" are extremely rude to the employees in front of customers which is very unprofessional. At times I feel bad for the cashiers at checkout for the way they are treated - I have only been able to catch a couple of names including Mary & Kim but have seen others. Overall the store is clean, neat, organized and a pleasant place to shop.

Employees always willing to assist and they always have what we need. Store is also well organized and clean.

I always come to this location and never had an issue. Now I have to think otherwise. I went with my 2 year old grandson to buy 10 bags of mulch and the cashier by the name of David was extremely rude to me when asking about prices of the flowers then I asked to have help loading the mulch and he made a call to someone named Yusef and said he said there was no one to help that I had to do it myself. I had just had surgery two weeks ago and can not do heavy lifting, I also had my two year old grandson. Never in all my years of shopping at Home Depot was I denied help loading anything. I went to the customer service desk to ask for help and a gentleman by the name of Eddie was beyond helpful and courteous. He made sure there was someone else at the register and then he grabbed a cart and went himself to load the bags of mulch and load them in my car for me. If it wasn’t for eddie I wouldn’t be shopping at that location ever again. He was kind he was helpful he got the job done and he said have a great rest of your night. I think Eddie should be commended for his excellent customer service. Thank you.

Felt very discriminated by Edward the cashier. Accused me of stealing when I received a gift from a friend and I tried to return it!

Employee are alway helpful and the store has a great selection of ideals. It my go to store for for plants and DIY projects.

Ran into the store for some fertilizer and grass seed. Met at the door by an effervescent, outgoing greeter who set the tone for my experience. Everyone was helpful, smiling, aisles were clear and wide, and products were easy to find and in ample supply. Cashier topped off the visit by being just as friendly and pleasant as the greeter. Trip was fast, efficient, successful, and pleasant.

Best Home Depot I ever shopped in!!!! Friendly staff, quick to help in any way they can. Carmen Serrano-Rodrigues and her amazing team will go above and beyond to help you! I will definitely be shoppping here in the future even though I have a Home Depot in my own town.

I always have a good experience at this store. It's neat and well stocked.. My Pro. Account was explained to me by the pro rep.in the store and he helped me understand all the ins and outs. It's a good store.

Service and general store conditions seem to have improved lately. For a while manners and professionalism at this store were nonexistent. It is good to see what appears to be a return to courtesy

The employees are always there to help find products for me. Every employee I have ever spoken to did everything they could to help me find the product I was looking for. Many employees approach me throughout my shopping trip and ask if I need help looking for or deciding on what I need. I will always shop at Home Depot.

Very inviting. clean and open to visibility to buyers and public, well designed and open layout. Most exhibits are e4asy to see and are a great experience toi a well lighted and expose goods for all to see - it pleasant and surprising experience every time I go and look for things I want to buy.

Cashier Edward Jose was very friendly! He made a return easy and efficient.

Two times in the past month, I've had really poor customer service. One associate made me wait about 10 minutes to cut a piece of wood, while he helped another, capable associate, stock shelves. Today, I had to wait 10 minutes for the only thing I needed, while a forklift took pallets down. There has to be a way to turn the forklift off, and let the paint associate go into the aisle and get two gallons of paint. Most of the people there are nice, and they are very pet friendly, so I'll give them another chance or two, but one more experience like this, and I'm gone.

I love this store. It’s layout is convenient and I think easily manageable. A few items take some sleuthing to locate but often it’s an odd item that I’m glad at least is sold in the store. Employees are readily available and great to work with. I appreciate most of all that they do not harp or interrupt me while I’m shopping, instead they wait readily for me to ask for assistance.

I’ve been to a lot of Home Depot’s and this one is my favorite. It is a newer location and still feels very clean and has a nice big parking lot. It’s not in a city type environment so it feels like it’s a big store in a quiet neighborhood. I love going here for the smallest item on a weekday night when it’s not busy as a good excuse to take my dog for a ride in the pickup and walk him leashed in the store and enjoy the friendly staff. I’m glad this location is the most convenient for me because I am happy to use this store and not sure how I would feel if I needed home improvement items somewhere else. I’ve rented trailers from this store and always found them to be new, clean, and easy to get for a good price. Highly recommend it here!

While this HD posted signs and made verbal announcements that customers MUST wear masks at all times while in the store, several customers had masks off of their face completely and others had masks covering their mouth but not their nose. Store employees can see what I see but customers were not told to cover their mouth and nose. This practice puts my health in danger and I will think twice before I go to HD again given the danger caused by HD not enforcing their mask rules.

We shop here all the time and always have a great experience

My nearly 11 year old was thrilled to be treated as "an adult" would be on his latest purchase of plywood ... the associate that cut his plywood was helpful and polite and the cashier excelled at being polite and helpful.

MY ISSUE WITH THIS STORE CONCERNS SAFETY DURING THIS PANDEMIC. MANY EMPLOYEES WALKING AROUND WITH NO MASK OR WEARING IT INCORRECTLY.

I find the Trumbull store the best location in southern CT. Most knowledgeable employees and friendly atmosphere. Since the recent improvements made to physical layout I get through Customer Service and checkout quickly. Am usually concerned hat entering stores this size will be aggravating but not so att this location. There are some long term, very helpful employees at this location.

Sales people and cashers are always very professional. I shop there often with my military discount, and thank you very much for that great benefit!

There is not enough space to write all of the great things about this (and all) Home Depot. I love shopping here. The staff is ALWAYS helpful and listen to my needs. There is nothing that ever needs to change. They have about 90% of the products I need in store. Otherwise, I order online and pick up in store thanks to the awesome free shipping. Some products I have bought in the past had a shipping cost greater than the product due to size and weight, so this is a great way to save money, thanks to Home Depot's policies. The store is always organized and clean. I will always be a loyal Home Depot customer until I die.

I wish I could give this store zero stars. Don’t bother with them. Their customer service and delivery company are pathetic. The store is always out of stock although the Web site says they have stock—don’t believe it. The managers themselves, most of who are millennials, aren’t wearing masks. The managers leave at 5:30PM so in the evenings there’s no managers available to troubleshoot issues. The older workers are so much better, but they are constrained by the inefficient systems around them.
