A perfect store to get all home materials

The always been cleaned and every thing you need it ,like a magic you have it

A very nice store conveniently located in Tracy, close to my home in Mountain House. The Store is very large, spacious and the store associates are very helping in nature. I had a wonderful experience visiting the store and would love to visit again and again.

the workers always shows friendly and professionally, them take the time to solve my doubts and questions.

Amazing and fast and easy got in and out

The store employees were attentive and customers were their number one concern. I went to shop for appliances and the employees there are always welcoming and ready to help. One employee in particular “Amisha”, always has a great smile and is easy to talk to. Makes shopping easy especially when the employee knows exactly what they are doing

This particular trip, Sarah was extremely helpful at checkout. I kinda knew what I needed but I went in close to closing time and I ended up needing some help finding some stuff so the staff were all very diligent and thorough and helping me out. There’s a few hardware stores and home-improvement stores in my town but I always come here first I’m at or what.

Kayla is an awesome employee who deserves a raise and to be recognized as Employee of the Month.

Though the Tracy HD is a bit smaller than others, it has a cadre of knowledgeable and helpful employees. I can usually find what I need and several times a helper in another department has been able to send me to the aisle and bin of the item I wanted quite a distance from where we were. In general, if I need to get something quick, I can. If I want to wander and look at stuff, there is always something new and useful, if not on a current project, then something I'll come back to later when I remember what it was.

Was a to get the product I needed after my questions were answered.

Had a bad experience from a sales person in the Garden department. Her name was Nicole. I had a quick question to ask about possible products they might sell for a dying plant I have and Nicole made me feel as though I was annoying her. She never made eye contact with me not once during the conversation and then referenced she was really busy and she shouldn't really be helping anyone because she was doing maintenance on the flowers and I should find someone else to help me. I feel like if you don't like your job or like working in the customer service field then you shouldn't be on the front line representing any establishment that demands that. I did eventually get help from the lead in that department as well as the manager on duty who were very nice. It was the only reason I didn't mark the rating a one star. This was and unfortunate experience as usually the service at this location is good.

Everyone was so helpful! Especially Paula, she was able to tell us how we can order more things online! Saved us so much time!

Just over-all a very good, clean, store full of helpful employees who are knowledgeble of the products, their locations with in the store and are willing to locate any item needed.

The store and most employees are great. They are helpful and courteous. Twice, however, we’ve had the unfortunate opportunity to deal with a cashier named Taylor, who was rude, disrespectful and generally difficult.

Joyce is a lifesaver! She shared tips and helped me find the right products for the irrigation project at my house. On top of her knowledge, she was also incredibly friendly and approachable. If that wasn't enough to get me to write a review, Kirstina helped me pull up a gift card that was on my phone because I couldn't figure it out. You guys nailed it! Thank you!

I liked shopping at Home Depot.

Customer service is bad. Waited for help for 20 minutes. The lady we spoke to on the phone said there will be someone to help us when we come in to pay for the carpet installation. While waiting, invoices were on desk and anyone could look at them People with addresses, phone numbers and what they bought. I looked for mine while waiting and no one even cared or helped me. Associates NOT all friendly and helpful. Cold and rude are their names.
