Excellent service by the employees. Very helpful on purchase of heavy items that needed help from them and forklift to load items into my pickup.

Provides great customer service and stocked very well, always a great experience, employee’s at this store enjoy their work and makes customers feel welcomed.

Sarah the manager at my Home Depot was a big help, when my bag of merchandise was stolen from me 2 min after I paid for it. I got distracted wrestling some sheetrock and forgot my merchandise on the bag hanger. I turned my cart around to retrieve my merchandise and it was gone that fast. Sarah helped this old man and made me whole.

All the employees were very kind and knowledgeable an the products. They answered all my questions with ease.

Clerks at this store are the worst ever. Plus, no one seems to know when out of stock items will be back in stock!

1) Never have what I really need, so I'm always having to compromise. 2) Refuse to cash out gift cards on my request when value is under $10 (state law requires them to) 3) Help is always nearly impossible to find. 4) No concern for public health - numerous customers with no masks, milling around and not social distancing

The staff at this particular store were very friendly and when i needed help and they didn't have an answer they went above and beyond to find someone who did. That was real class service.

My phone experience was a nightmare. I was transferred from one person to another. I was on hold for over 30 min. and the last associate that picked up the call, just hang up on me. It took for me to contact the manager to get the information I was looking for. Sad and Unbelievable! Is this The Home Depot culture?

The Home Depot Store at 1020 Tracy, CA is excellent in customer services! Debbie is friendly, respectful, she is one of the best cashier and also has an excellent customer service skills this store has! In fact, there were other two staff that helped us out in the Garden section and they were helpful and courteous too! We are giving five (5) starts as an excellent because it deserved it. Thanks for all your support and help when we are looking for help!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

The worst Home Depot store around! I have worked in two HD stores and this one does not meet standards. I fell in the water in garden in this store and barely received help. No one here helps and the management is the worst!

Curbside pick-up is a great idea. But the leadership needs more training

Not happy with this store, they have lost a long time customer. I was looking to purchase the Graco Magnum X5 Airless Spray Paint System. Online showed the price at $269.00 and they had it at the store for $329.00. Nowhere online did it indicate that the online price is for online purchase only. In this economy and what's going on now, a $60.00 savings is vital for survival. I'm spending my Stimulus check to help the economy and this store wouldn't honor an online price. When I went to check out, they don't me they could not honor the online pricing. I asked for the MOD (Manager On Duty), the front end manager called the MOD and he told her no they won't match the price. He didn't even bother to come out and talk to me. The Front End Manger then told me that I can get the online price by ordering it and it could be sent to the store for free delivery and pick-up.....Now I'm wondering why would I do that if I have the product in my hand as we are speaking, that didn't make sense. Talk about a huge lack of CUSTOMER SERVICE. I do see understand that we are in a current state that nobody ever predicted, but come on Home Depot, Customer Service goes a long way and to save $60.00 is a lot. They have now lost a long time customer of Home Depot. I will be shopping at a different hardware store from no one. Once last thing....the Cashier that did check me out was very professional and even provided a $30.00 credit. I couldn't get the full amount but it was something....Kudus to her. I urge everybody to go online and take the surveys to let Home Depot know about your experience (bad, good, or great). My wife use to work at Home Depot and she says Corporate does take the surveys and reviews very seriously.

I shop here a lot, and every experience has always been a great one. They have a good flow even in the situation we find ourselves in at this time.

Even though there some stuff I'd move around with product placement for certain items. It still got 5stars for the fact that The Supervisor Anthony in customer service is very knowledgeable, helpful and on top of his game. Overall good people.

The staff is always very helpful. It can be tough to find someone in lumber to open a pack of common boards that are tied together so now I bring my own box cutter knife. Cashiers are very friendly and the store is always clean.
