the cashier "Brianna" was extremely rude to me and she accused me that I am hiding parts of the kit I am returning in my pocket!! she wasn't able to count the number of the kit parts until I had to take them apart in front of her and when the count was correct she said why it wasn't correct before? I told her do you think I took it out of my pocket? she said I THINK SO !!!!!

If I need something first place I think is The Home Depot

Look for Sales Associate Michelle when you go to Tracy Home Depot! She will help you and bring sunshine with her!

Bought an item that was in an anti-theft box (small item) But the garden Dept. did not have a key to open it, after I paid for it. An after standing in line. They send me to the customer service Dept. but they did not have a key to open it. After standing in line. Even when the employee asked the others. They send me to the self checkout. Self service did not have a key either. After standing in line. So I started at one end of the store and wind up at the pro check out. Where thank goodness a cashier had a key. Can the manager that hopefully reads this not fix the problem ? So the next CUSTOMER dose not have to go thru waiting at each area for their turn to get the product they have already paid for. To be turn away each time. Sorry can't help you, try the next one.

I have been coming to this store for a long time and it's always been my go to place if I needed anything to fix my home for just about anything.

Most good thing about this store is that the employees are very kind and cheerful. I enjoy every visit so far just because of that. I want to mention that this store seems bigger than other stores in San Jose, and you would agree if you have visit stores in that area.

The store is not enforcing the mask policy. I understand it’s inconvenient but while we are all going through this transitional phase and while it’s required the store should be enforcing the policy.

The store was clean and the customer service with Erin was awesome. She assisted me from begin to the end. She tried to find items for me and asked for helped with what she couldn't. She was patient woth me. Great overall service.

Staff is always friendly. All customers are treated fairly and not harassed if they are or are not wearing masks. I appreciate Home Depot Tracy location not harassing customers for masks. Livermore location does and I refuse to go into that store.

I am use this this store layout. When I visit the store in Riverbank, or Livermore, it takes time for me to orient myself.

I love Home Depot! They are a one-stop-shop. I really love wandering through the flowers and plants. They are well cared for and beautiful. There is always someone nearby to help you. I purchased a refrigerator and am very pleased with it.
