I like shopping in the Tigard store. The people working there know their jobs and are always helpful, friendly and nice. The store was clean and well stocked. You sold a string trimmer made by Echo... a CT225. When I was at your store on June15th there was not any Cross Fire string for my tool. Not good. The string needs to be available or my trimmer is of not value Please give Makayla every chance to advance in position and wages.

The store is very clean and organized with the Home Depot's employees/associates are very friendly. Also when I need some assistance they are very helpful. All the product's are usually very easy to find/locate in the store.

Ordered online, curb side pickup. Not all items were taken to car. Employee returned with two more, but missed one. Hopefully I can pick that last item up tomorrow, or the next day.

I was dreading having to purchase new appliances during the pandemic, mainly because of how tense everyone seems these days, BUT I received a very pleasant surprise by being gifted with a salesperson who was truly extraordinary in helping us. She was courteous as well as approachable and helpful to a degree that was beyond what one might expect during this time of over-extreme social paranoia over the whole Coronavirus issue. Honestly, working with her put me completely at ease, it was as if I was shopping in a normal capacity before this whole thing ever happened. (It was really nice to be treated like people instead of like potential plague-bearers or like sources of store revenue.) Additionally, we were able to find exactly what we needed in appliances at a very affordable price, I.E. the items were on sale and thus in the price range we were working with. All in all, a satisfying and positive experience. (Thank You Denyse, you are a Gem.)

This is my favorite location AND my absolutely favorite staff. Someone is ALWAYS available and willing to help. They are ALWAYS knowledgeable about whatever project I'm working on. I just LOVE them ALL here!

I appreciate the Veterans discounts. I know all the Home Depot stores do this, but this is the only one I go to. Its a small amount, yes, but at least it is a recognition. I also appreciate the remnants of some lumber that are available, and the small pieces of sheet goods so one does not have to buy a whole sheet for a small project.

I went to buy sandbags around 8pm on a Tuesday night. there weren't very many customers in the store. I went to the lumber section and asked the 2 male employees where the sandbags were. One said "Out there on the small pallet". I went out and struggled to get the sandbags in my cart. I looked through the window and the 2 employees were busy talking to each other. The bags each weigh 60 pounds. I am a woman and am 68 years old. At no time did either men ask if I needed help. I checked out at the self checkout. The employee running that section said "Have a good evening" as I left, she didn't ask if I needed help out with the bags either. I used to come into this store all the time and the employees always asked if I need help. I guess customer service no longer exists at Home Depot.

Don't care for the new 'lack of cashier' mode of check out. But that is probably because I am old and long for the 'old days'. I expect I will get used to it in time. Really like the motorized shopping carts... for the same reason. And I appreciate having Cracker Jack at the check out area.

The store is clean, staff helpful and courteous no matter which department I have gone to.

Susan and Denise in the Customer Service Center took the time to listen to our needs and help us find a solution. It would have been easy for them to brush us aside or offer little assistance to get us out the door faster, but they prioritized our experience and made us walk out the doors with a smile on our face.

I appreciate the amount of inventory availabe in the appliance department so that I can find the appliance I have in mind. I highly recommend Tammy in the kitchen appliance department. She is knowledgeable, very nice and extremely thorough!

I had a checker who was very fun and accommodating. Made me want to shop there again! My receipt says it was Nickolas but it was a woman so I don't know her name.

The Tigard, Oregon location Associate, Kai, is exceptional in his patience and service. He assisted with our entire shopping experience when no one else seemed to be interested or would make time. Kai saved the nearly $2000.00 sale! Others could learn from his example.

The employees who do not know what you need and how to choose it are willing to find someone else who knows more, no ego issues. I like that. They work together. I like that too!

This particular Home Depot is neatly arranged and, as a customer, I do not feel overwhelmed with products looming over me and down the aisles. Staff is friendly and professional. Those in the aisles with the orange aprons generally have a lot of knowledge about what I'm looking for and they ask me appropriate questions to be assured they are directing me to the right product. The check-out lines move fairly quickly and cashiers have a good idea of how to keep lines moving. Also, if you need to buy an appliance, they have excelelnt sales associates who know the products. Ask for Harry if you need a dishwasher!

I have always found what I wanted, especially in the lumber department.

My home store, and there are at least a few people over there (see if Brad is on shift. This guy has a seen just about everything, so...good advice).
