First off thank you so much Marjorie Dehner! Its people like you and your wonderful staff that make me keep coming back. She is by far the best store manager I have ever worked with. She and her staff are so positive, filled with joy and helpful. She went over above and beyond for me. Because of her I will be back. Thank you again for all of your help, I look forward to seeing more of you!

Had an excellent appliance specialist, Jim Milbeck who was willing to researched the difference between two fridges on my short list for purchase. Took the necessary time to write up our purchase order.

I went to the store today after checking that there were 70 units in stock of a LIFETIME table that I need. Drove to the store went to Aisle 11, Bay 17, and found no product. I asked 4 times to 4 different employees who promised that someone will come to help me get the product. After 20 minutes of waiting, I decided to ask for the employee in charge of the store. After getting my request to a Customer Service employee and waiting for another 10 minutes, "he is coming", I was told ... again ... I decided to leave the store. Really bad customer service at Home Depot in Tigard, OR. Hope they know that with that customer service they are losing business, cause I'm not coming back.

I purchased a Ryobi lawnmower from this store. One employee, Matt, went above and beyond in helping me find the model I wanted and ended up offering me a discount on a similar, higher-priced model so I didn't have to go to another store to get it. Customer service was awesome.

I spent $4000.00 on carpeting that shows every footprint and looks old and worn!

Came in to the Tigard store for a service request. I worked with an employee in the Tool Rental section and he was simply amazing. Dante was knowledgeable, easy to understand and was very interested in making sure my experience was a good one!

I have been pleasantly amazed that, despite so many rising costs for transportation, This store has maintained a steady price on concrete and bark dust. I buy them often and they've held their price steady for several years in a row. Go Home Depot!

The Tigard Home Depot has nice people. I always have a nice experience there and I always get the help that I need in a timely manner. I recently rented some equipment and had a lot of questions. The clerk answered all of my questions patiently and I was very pleased at the help and the low price of renting.

The store was organized and clean. Carts were out of the way and the aisles were wide enough for customer to easily navigated their carts. The location of items made sense.

Very friendly employees and quick service. An employee named Darius was very helpful in particular by asking if I needed assistance while loading an AC unit into my cart. Will definitely return!

Hands down best Home Depot I’ve ever stepped foot in. Everyone know later what they’re doing or will identify another employee that does. They go above and beyond. LOVE IT! They’re helpful, friendly, and human… it’s clear they like working there.

I noticed that I can find exactly where I’m the store a product is by finding it online. There is a rom and bay number. It also indicates if it is in stock and how many. I hadn’t noticed this before. It’s awesome. Will use again.

AMANDA IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A GREAT REPRESENTATIVE FOR HOME DEPOT. SHE SOLVED MY DELIVERY ISSUE WITH SPEED AND KINDNESS, SOMETIMES LACKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WOULD HOLD ON TO HER . I experienced extraordinary service and assistance at the Lumber department last evening. As panic as I was by the "out of stock" and short supply toppled with price hike situation, Aziz remained calm and serving to my needs. Aziz understood why I was extremely cautious about cutting my boards, he patiently measured, re-measured, and re-measured before the cuttings. AZIZ's service model shall be emulated! THANK YOU.
