I have shopped at this store many years.Every since the Tigard,Oregon store opened. They have always been friendly, and helpful.

The store is very clean, and the salespeople are very knowledgeable.

Marjorie . . . An employee in customer service was attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have been a contractor for four decades. Home Depot has gone down in customer service - inexperienced employees have no knowledge of products - not even store aisles. They look everything up, usually saying "I don't know". Marjorie is a welcome exception. A company is only as good as it's employees and lucky for HD, Marjorie is a great representative of what Home Depot's customer service should be.

The employees ( at least three different folks)/ went out of their way to help me. Especially Annette.

I recommend Jim in appliances. He is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and organized. He is the best!

This is my neighborhood store and it’s great except one thing. There’s too much stuff everywhere! Pulling into the parking lot requires drivers to navigate a very narrow front driveway, and since they have the sidewalk at the front of the store packed with rental equipment and seasonal items, customers exiting the store are forced to join the cars traffic pattern to get their purchases to their cars. Enter the store and there’s much of the same. Even in a pandemic, the front isle is so packed with more seasonal items that there are only two narrow paths to get from one end of the store to the other. “That’s fine” you may think, but one side is taken up with the checkout line. Then even in the lesser availed, there’s either more cardboard displays in the middle of the whole isle, or one either side creating pinch points and congestion. Once you’ve checked out, your back to the gauntlet that is the driveway. Wait for a lull in the cars and merge into traffic with your cart. It’s moves slowly, because no one knows where they are supposed to go, since it looks like your driving through part of the stores display. Hopefully you make it out with a shred of your sanity intact, if not take a minute to meditate or scream in your car to yourself. Also, I would have rather expressed all this in their review system, but it seems there’s a character limit, and I had more to say.

wiping everything with just a micro fiber cloth does not kill COVID19!!!!!!!!! home depot cant train employees to keep YOU SAFE from covid19!!! lets not even get into the customers who dont care also!!!

Store is over crowded at times and does not enforce its own mask policy posted at the front door.

If you're lucky enough to shop when manager Luke is on, you're in for a treat, he truly gets what it means to put the customer first and have a wonderful experience when in the store.

There was enough of each lumber item I needed to find suitable boards. Very limited sizes of poly tarps.

Great Store and even greater Employees!

Basically staffed by cashiers who can't find work elsewhere, and who are not provided -- or if provided, can't learn from it -- basic training and education in the use of a cash register and Home Depot's check put systems. Sullen, rude and incapable of communicating , o and incapable of dealing with any "out of the ordinary" transaction. The "Lead Cashier" or Supervising Cashier, "Chloe S." is even worse than the line cashiers. Avoid this store.

Be careful Corona alert! They have Scan guns there that every dirty person has touched without cleaning their hands or the scan gun!!!!!! And the self-checkout machine takes its time to steal your money! The employees don't care they just laugh and watch you stand there and wait and waste your time.... Home Depot doesn't care either!!!!

The overhead music selection used to make me want to leave store before I got what I came for...the selection has greatly improved in the past month or so.... also, I greatly appreciate there being paper towels back now in the restroom.

I am extremely upset with the customer service. Someone at the paint counter told us that the cans of paint we had purchased were returnable items. We bought another color and tried to return the UNOPENED cans on the employee's instructions and customer service said it was impossible to return them. We ended up having to keep and pay for all of the extra cans of paint because of what this employee said. I cannot recommend this store. We worked with an extremely unhelpful employee and ended up paying for it.

Today(once again) I passed by three employees(640pm-check your cameras) and they were in a huddle next to the miter saws. Scott was there as usual with his hands in his pockets and none of them greeted or acknowledged me or my son. Is this how you treat your customers or disabled veterans? As I am both. I could have used their help but they were busy chatting. Instead through a great amount of pain I made my shopping trip on my own. Thankfully once I got to my truck I didn't have to drain the puss from my ankle due to the extra walking I had to do. Thanks Scott for once again not helping.

We find the Tigard store to be outstanding. It is neat and clean, the employees continue to give their best despite distancing, and we are usually stopping there or shopping on line for everything we need in fix-its.At present we choose to wear masks to protect employees and ourselves. In safer times (I am at risk at 92 years of age ) I love to just browse. And if I need something for my home or garden I always loved Home Depot. If their stock is depleted, this store finds one for us...good job,you folks..

This store has all my gardening and house repair products with reasonable price and helpful employees.

As always found everything I needed for our home project in on place! and during this time it felt like the safety of the customers and employees was number one! Great job!

All employees are wearing masks so the store feels safe and is taking precautions against Covid. Staff are very helpful. I was asked by 2 employees if I needed help. They always point me to the exact aisle. I special ordered an appliance and it took 15 minutes. Super fast, efficient and easy.

The Tigard HD is awesome!! Busy and thriving, even during these times, the Tigard Home Depot is clearly focused on making the customer experience as outstanding as possible. In my visit on father's day weekend, I was greeted appropriately by multiple associates, helped efficiently as I picked up my order at the service desk, and was helped out to my car (with my large purchase) by a store manager who could tell that I was probably going to need some help at my car. Great job, to Luke and his team!!
