PUT ALL LAWN EDGER BLADES IN 1 LOCATION, NOT 4. DIFFICULT TO FIND SPECIFIC STYLE - EVEN FOR SALES PERSON. Then LEAVE THEM IN ONE LOCATION!

This store is the best of the best!!! There were employees everywhere you look asking if we need anything or help finding anything! Valeria checked us out in the gardening section and she was amazing and so kind! She went above and beyond on assisting us with our coupon!

The hardware manager was great, a real asset to your corporation. He went out of his way to help me. The EST victory store associates however need to be taught customer service. It’s non existent in that store.

I've never had any problems with any of the associates, they have in fact been very pleasant and helpful. I must say however, the lady that is always at the return desk always has an attitude and is rude, impatient and unhelpful. I have had 2 unpleasant encounters with this particular lady. This is the first time that I have left a review about this. If I have another unpleasant experience with her again, I will be sure to let Home Depot know again.

Shopping for anything related to home improvement is a stressful task. The employees at the Thomaston, Georgia store, especially Ed in flooring dept. and Casey in appliances department were very helpful and helped me find everything that I needed for my particular project. In fact, every employee that I've come across while shopping there has been very courteous and helpful. I will definitely continue to shop there.

Home Depot is always a good place to shop. Employees are always available to answer questions. Since I have lived here in this area for the past five years I have taken notice that the Thomaston, GA store has step ahead and beyond employees. Thank You!!!!!

If anyone needs a new appliance, ask for Emma. She is so patient, knowledgeable and overall a wonderful salesperson.
