A kind woman named Elaine had assisted me with not only my purchase for my tool box, but also helped with the process of applying and being accepted for home depot credit! She not only relates, but is very experienced and utilizes those skills to make every customer feel like they're at their own home or workplace. I look forward to coming by more often.

Home Depot needs to practice better customer service! The cashiers are rude and inexperienced and obviously has never had any customer service training.

This is a large chain store with home style hardware store feel. All the employees are more than willing to help and are very helpful. Scotty and Doug in plumbing and David and Steve in electrical are always willing to help and help figure out problems I run into as a plumber and electrician. Even if what I need is not in stock they all go out of the way to fashion an alternative and their knowlege of the code and common sense are much appreciated

As a beginner, needed guidance for refinishing antique family table. Liz went beyond my questions and reflected that she listened, pertinent to finish choice for an antique and the right sand paper, along with technique. Thanks Liz for being patient and eager to help with your expertise!

I'm a disabled veteran with some health issues. Whenever I am at my homedepot the employees are very helpful and kinda watch that I'm okay. I feel safe there and always get advise or a helping hand when needed

Store clerks were not aware of current promotion and were not familiar with how to look up current promotions on their system. They weren't aware of the promotion I had seen online in which the instructions indicated to ask the store associate for the promotion details. I had driven 40 miles to get to this store because the website indicated the specific items I wanted were at this particular store. When I asked the store clerks about it, I was told by them that it was only an online promotion, which was wrong because it was also an instore promotion but I could not access the sales promotion information on the phone while I was in the store to show them (4G and their guest internet wouldn't access the web page not sure why.) Basically I didn't purchased the items I needed in order to be able to take advantage of the store/online promotion. The associates weren't very knowledgeable on how to access the promotion information on their system, so they just told me it was only online, which was wrong and did not help me at all. Very frustrating if the store personnel doesn't know the current promotions and gives the customer the incorrect information.

Denise should be a trainer for Home Depot! Long after the price of things there are forgotten....I will never forget how she made me FEEL! She made the people in front of me Feel good too. Attitude is MUCH MORE important than APTITUDE but she has Both in great measure.

This store is always neat and clean, the employees are wonderful, always very helpful and happy. They always have what we need in stock. Our favorite store!

Clay was so incredibly helpful! He approached us and asked if we needed help. He directed us to what we were looking for (bolts... SO MANY) and saved us the hassle of rummaging the drawers and located the ones we needed for us! Very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Clay!

This store is excellent. Extremely clean and the associates are very helpful and available. They offered help, I didn't have to ask for it. Not in just one department, throughout the store.

The only reason I did not give this store a 5 star rating is b/c I think it should carry more "farm" type products than it does. I had to drive all the way to Lagrange, GA to the Home Depot to buy steel T-posts and electric wire to fence a pasture. Other than that, it's a great store and I enjoy shopping there.

Customer service is excellent in the lumber area and garden area for sure they will take care of your needs !
