Carl provided exceptional customer service and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting my wife and I with our gas grill selection. The entire transaction went smoothly and we look forward to continue shopping at the Tewksbury, MA store in the future. Associates in Tewksbury are friendly and courteous and always enhance our shopping experience at The Home Depot.

Home Depot is the best estore for general contractor.

Mohammed in the lighting department turned my day around! He gave exceptionally courteous and professional service. I was there to buy trash bags and a Simple Green gallon refill, so I decided to check for a special use light bulb. Mohammed, who was stocking shelves, asked me if I needed help finding something when he noticed me browsing. I received assistance without even asking. It was fantastic!

Matt the manager went above and beyond to help my with a difficult situation Bobby the customer service employee handling my transaction was kind, patient and professional. It was an aggravating situation I was dealing with but they both worked with me and rectified the situation then best they could . When I left that store I was satisfied they they handled things in the best way and felt like they actually cared and were not trying to just get rid of me !

Ken (with the hat) was so incredibly helpful & kind. I was looking for a different size of PVC & he came over and offered to help, and then asked about my project. I described what I was trying to put together and showed a picture & he automatically jumped on the case, helping me come up with ideas and finding needed components to create my cosplay project. He was a delight to talk to & I have never had anyone so willing to help me. I look forward to shopping here in the future & hope he'll be working.

My experience inside the store was typical to other times. Nothing spectacular or noteworthy. I would recommend it for items you can buy off the shelf, not something that needs to be delivered. I bought an oven during my last visit. Everything in the store went fine. I purchased on 2/17 with the expected delivery date to be 2/25. I got an automated call on 2/24 regarding my delivery date. The call made no sense. It said (I’m paraphrasing)that my original delivery date was scheduled for 3/8 (wrong) and that due to backorder, the new delivery date was scheduled for 3/8. It then confirmed my new delivery date for 3/3. Completely contradictory. After yelling over and over into the phone to please talk to a human, I was finally connected to a person. That person then gave me some info, set my delivery date for 3/3, but then told me to call after 2/26 (when the new shipment came in) to make sure that my delivery date would still be 3/3. He wasn’t rude or anything, but he seemed a little annoyed and didn’t apologize for the inconvenience/misinformation. I’m writing this on 2/25, my original delivery date, so i’m hoping to have my oven by next Tuesday, but who knows. Oh, and I tried to sign up for delivery text alerts but it said my zip code was invalid. It wasn’t, but still can’t get updates. So that’s great.

I purchased my Christmas tree here last night and the help if that’s was you want to call it was awful. Katia was the cashier and she was helpful. I waited 20 minutes outside in the freezing cold before anyone showed up to wrap up our tree after the cashier called for help 3 times! When the guy finally came out to help us he said, “Just so you know I can’t help you lift this or tie it to your car I have a bad shoulder.” Not even an I’m sorry for keeping you waiting! Then we had to wait another 20 minutes for someone to help tie the tree to my car and when the kid finally showed up he just threw the tree on the roof of my car. I asked him if he was going to help me tie it down and he said, “That is not my job!” Then both men proceeded to argue over who’s job it was to help me! I spent $55.00 on that tree as I do EVERY SINGLE YEAR and to be treated that way is absolutely disgusting! Both of those men need to be retrained on customer service! I will never be returning to this location!

I went into the store in Tewksbury to have lumber cut as I build tables and very often visit this location. I asked for assistance and after about fifteen minutes of waiting an employee by the name of Richard came up. I gave him a friendly greeting and he responded with “what do you want”. I started to feel really uncomfortable as I asked for sizes he made a face of disgust. As my husband was helping take the lumber off the belt he shouted to my husband. “GET BEHIND THE YELLOW LINE. I WILL NOT TELL YOU AGAIN”. (Prior to that I had told him to let another customer go first because he only one item and I had various.) I asked to speak to the manager Adam and Richard happened to be passing by once again Richard shouted that he took safety very serious with no concern on how bad he treated us. This is the worst customer experience that I ever received anywhere. I would never ever return to this location.

while in the paint department we dealt with an employee named Angel. He was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He is to be commended

Shopping experience was much better as a result of the assistance provided by Home Depot associates. They usually take the time to assist me in locating the right product for my needs. More than price, we consider customer service to be the number one factor in choosing to shop at a retail location.

Jeff from electrical and others from the store were very knowledgeable and helped me get in and out of the store quickly with the tools I needed. Great customer service.

We are in the midst of a home addition/remodel and we have purchased the bulk of what we need at Home Depot. They always have what we need at a good price and have plenty of stock for our needs. The sales associates are vey friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Great selection at great prices. Whenever we shop at Home Depot, we always leave with at least one thing we didn't go in for! Sales associates are very friendly and are readily available to help you find what you're looking for. I swear each of them knows every inch of the store!

There isn't a better Home Depot store in the area. Hands down. I live in Tewksbury, and as a contractor the other home depot stores I have gone to just don't have that personal and knowledgeable feeling that you get from Tewksbury's Home Depot. Even when an employee is unaware of an answer to a question, they direct you towards someone who fit the category at hand almost instantly. They don't waste your time or their own. Excellent customer service is an understatement.

Several residents of our condo association transacted the materials to complete a home improvement project. The list of materials was provided by the Contractor. We were assisted by two specific employees who handled the entire order transaction through to delivery. This was quite a service they made available to me. When I arrived at the Tewksbury Store, the materials for my project was already priced and entered. All I was required to do was finalize the transaction and select a delivery date. Thank you for MB and AM, employees at HD, Tewksbury for your wonderful customer service.

The employees are very friendly and take the time to help customers with little knowledge of home repairs. On more than one occasion have I been there and received excellent customer service. If an employee can't answer your questions they try their best to find someone who can.

I'm not sure what to say about the rating or recommendation. Sometimes Home Depot is the best choice even though some products are limited. I'm fortunate enough to have a Home Depot 4 miles away and a large competitor 1 mile away. I shop at both. I have a feeling this HD will say "good help is hard to find" but the customer service has declined many-fold over the last few years, while other similar store's service has increased. We started shopping at this Home Depot in 1994 and always had great service, now they've turned into a "box" store and a few clerks who "might" know the location of what you want but have little idea how to advise us. I've purchase too many things that were wrong for the project but advised by clerks to get anyway. In short, fool me once shame on me, now you've fooled me too often shame on you. If I need a specific thing you carry I'll buy from you, but mostly now I'm going elsewhere or the small hardware store down the road.
