Highly recommend this store. Couple of items were unavailable (should have checked in-store availability on the web page). This store seemed to have more staff available to help than some of the other stores in the area. The staff and associates I encountered in the aisles were super friendly and very interested in helping the customer. I definitely will return to purchase my supplies at this store!

Home Depot seems to hire very interesting people.

The self checkout works good for me. There is always somebody eager to help out with any issues there. One gal, Carolina in particular, is very good.

I rented a deck sander and a lawn roller for 4 hours. My father said the deck sander kept tripping. I checked it myself. I called the store to let them know I was having trouble. The clerk told me he’d note my account. I continued the yard work I was doing and brought both tools back when I was finished. When I returned the tools, i was passed the 4 hours. The clerk and manager were only going to comp the time beyond my original 4 hours for the sander that didn’t work. I ultimately was only refunded 50% of the cost of my rental. All because I didn’t stop working with one tool to run back to the store and return/exchange the sander. It’s a 40 minute round trip. I figured I just rent a different one next weekend. I didn’t even bring back the extra sanding paper that I didn’t use with the assumption that I’ll use them next weekend. That said, I’ll be using a different tool rental location the next time. They wanted me to stop all work to bring the sander back so they can just turn it around and rent it to the next guy and have him deal with it.

The store including the rest room was clean. The cashier, Tata was very friendly and outgoing and encouraged me to enter the sweepstakes, which I usually don’t do. Maybe she will bring me luck!

Parking lot is awful. Some employees are so rude. Hate that this is the store closest to me. Setup/Layout is awful too, very different than all the other depots.

Everytime I go in here the staff is so helpful. Always walk out with what I needed and never disappointed.

Sean was very knowledgable with the answers to my questions in the lumber department. I really appreciated learning which plywood I needed for my project. Bob B measured and cut the plywood to the dimensions I needed.

On 03/11/21 I went to purchase a hardboard to the back of my dresser. I use centimeters, so I don’t understand inches. The store didn’t have the measures that I needed so Jonathan and Sean were extremely polite, patience and helpful. They explained to me that would be better to buy a larger board and cut at the size that I need it. And it worked perfectly fine! I would like to say thank you for these amazing employees and their patience. Congratulations to the store for your great team!

I have projects I do on my own The men in the wood dept are very nice and always cut things for me moulding sheetrock and other wood'I could not do these projects without their help; It is one of the best services in the store;

Home Depot all ways has the product and when you need help there is less than 2 minute wait time and all ways a less than a 3 minute wait time to check out

I am a painting contractor and needed shutters. I had to order them and was told it would take 4 - 6 weeks. The shutters came in 4 days. Very happy with the entire process.

Almost all my projects involve Home Depot in one way or another, either tools or supplies. The store employees are very experienced and helpful in assisting customers like myself in the correct and most cost effective way to get the job done.
