The store is great but don't order carpet for installation from them. They charge you, come out and measure then tell you "we have the carpet but no installers, will be about 60 days." Wish I knew that when they took my money

The staff here is always friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. By far my favorite location!

the store is a great place to shop. people there are very friendly and most know what they are talking about. the only problem is customer's park in the loading area for hours and store manager doesn't have them page an ask to move. There is a large parking lot to park in. they should park there. when they are finished shopping then pull up to load. Store was clean, found what I was looking for.

They have an employee that feels it appropriate to have loud controversial/offensive conversations in the aisles including using profanity while customers around them are not being greeted or offered assistance. This employee is making their coworkers and this store look bad.

The store was busy with customers, and had friendly and pleasant employees. It was cleaned and the shelves were neatly arranged with a variety of items for the customer to select. The check out system was easy to perform for those who wanted to use the checkout lanes for credit card users only. I was able to complete my checkout quickly. Thank you.

Associates are friendly and available to help when needed. The check out lines are super fast and everyone was keeping distance while wearing masks. I did also like that they offered masks and sanitizer at the door. The only thing bad is that it's hard to find things on my own and some associates did not know exactly where items were. Overall this is a great location with friendly staff.

Taylor West is the cleanest and best organized of the 3 Home Depots I shop at in my area, employees are extremely friendly and knowledgeable of products and location of the products.

I recently brought my snowblower and generator for repair and I’m extremely pleased with their level of service and quick turnaround time!!! Quicker than most small engine repair shops! Very friendly personnel who took the time to explain the repairs that were done and happily helped me load my equipment into my truck. I definitely recommend them for small engine repairs. Thanks my Taylor Home Depot peeps!

I will rate you with 5 Stars once a few women employees that work in this store realize that they are here for us. A couple of them are VERY RUDE!

Store is clean stocked and ready for business.

We went to a few different Home Depot stores but this particular location was well stocked and had the hard to find backsplash we we’re looking for, for our kitchen project!

Customer service employee in store is rude for no reason. Lady needs a new position within the company where she does not have to deal with customers or take a vacation.

Melissa assisted me at the TAYLOR location. Her help was greatly appreciated. She was knowledgeable and professional. I found exactly what I needed and will shop here again.

Just like I've always stated---"Taylor Home Depot"! I don't know of another Home Depot that I would visit because Taylor Home Depot is "MY HOME DEPOT" and I know the staff, where my items are and there's always someone available to assist me. However, that's rare because I know this Home Depot very well. In fact, being a Disabled Vet-----I was thinking about just volunteering to be there, walk down each else to assist any customer with where to obtain the item they are looking for. I know I can do that. Anyway, Regardless, Taylor Home Depot is "MY HOME DEPOT"!
