Nice clean and friendly atmosphere. Found everything that I was looking for and it they didn't have it in store. Someone was nice enough to place an order online e to be shipped to my home. Great staff

I was looking for a heavy duty mat for a door entrance. Finally saw what I was looking for at Home Depot. Have a variety of sizes and styles to meet my needs. Was able to walk in and purchase it!

I had a special circumstance due to purchasing at the 70% off bin that the cashier didn't understand how to properly handle.

I found what I need, caulk. The Store was very clean and organized. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

The sole disappointment is in the warped lumber sometimes it gets crazy to find a straight 2x4, other than that, I'm growing an opinion that HD is rising to the top of carrying quality brands that avoids going to the other big box places for especially tools.

As I walked down the first aisle where I thought my product was an associate, noticing I was lost, asked me if I needed help right away and led me to the correction product location. Excellent service!

I ATTEMPTED TO PURCHASE AN ITEM I'D SEEN THAT WAS ON SALE ONLINE. WHEN I WENT TO PURCHASE THE PRODUCT IIT RANG UP AT THE REGULAR PRICE. I QUESTIONED THE CASHIER AND WAS TOLD " SORRY, WE CAN'T HONOR THE ONLINE SALE PRICE. YOU'D HAVE TO PURCHASE IT ONLINE FOR IN STORE PICK UP" . I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND THE MANAGER AGREED. THIS POLICY IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!! I'D GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

I called the store, was put on hold three times, could not reach anybody in the garden department. I asked the lady at customer service to put me through to a manager. They did not pick up the phone either. I feel as if this store does not care about customer satisfaction and answering their questions. And it’s not just a new hires it goes all the way up the chain.

This is a great store and has every home item I was looking for and it is very close to home and easy to get to and shop!

The mark a display with ONE price sign (top/center) with different items on it, the item we pick did not ring up as marked priced, they would not change the price to the marked price. False and misleading advertising display.

Store associates are great, especially Qiara!

I am so glad to be able to do my flowers in the spring. Especially during these difficult times. I am truly blessed, and my mom lives with me and, she is 79 years old. She doesn't get out much due to the virus, but Home depot flowers always cheers her up. Thank you for such a beautiful store Sincerely

The store is clean, and its very nice to find workers that are very knowledgeable and know how to help someone. Been in many types of stores like this and the person working, is clueless. It was enjoyable treat to find someone that could help the first time around. Great Job.

Always fully stocked with what I'm looking for

I use the Home Depot store for most of my needs and intend to use it again because of the selection and stock of the items I need and use and because of the customer service and helpful employees. Kudos! to Home Depot.

Kenisha was very friendly and professional. Greeted me with a smile with her eyes, and provided a quick and easy check out process. The store is well maintained, and associates are always willing to help out if asked.
