Excellent customer service kudos to the employees and the manager of dislocations never disappointed me, friendly, household, professional, and always exciting expectations Robert Tonocca, Zach, Rick, Ron, Jeff, Osman, and Rick. They are very wonderful all the Kudos and commissions they deserve it.

Cassandra LaFord, Specialty Department Supervisor, was professional and proficient in explaining our appliance purchase, this was first of other stores we planned to view stoves, it was quick after all problems resolved and look forward to a great product being delivered.

My visit to this store has a friendly atmosphere and employees are knowable when asking for help or suggestions.

I had a very pleasant experience,very well stocked,all the personnel were helpful especially the cashier. Never had a bad experience at this store.

All are very friendly and as helpful as can be. I guess I can't expect a gardener (ex.) to be as informed about wood products; but they will always find someone who does know!

I have been to home depot many times and each visit the staff have been very helpful and knowledgeable. The last visit I was looking at different flowers to purchase and had a couple questions and the associate Amber in gardening was very helpful with answering my questions.

Every time I visit this store there are at least 4 employees helping at self check out and only one register open glad that I can gain valuable Cashier experience self check out is a poor practice in a service industry!

They carry the best products!

Used my QR code for my military discount. It didn’t take anything off ( I bought a lighter, a meat thermometer and a light) got told my discount doesn’t apply. So I asked if they could just give me a courtesy discount because it’s not like I’m buying something on sale or special order. The lady smirked and shrugged and said no.

Taylor west Home Depot is great. They are well stocked and the associates are so helpful. We drive past another home depot store to go to this store.

Long lines and not enough product due primarily to staffing issues and the supply chain nation wide. I accept it, but not too happy about it.

Shopped in the garden department and not only was it quick the cashier was so helpful and kind. She offered help in loading the car and also offered us a cold bottle of water!

I made two purchases one for some tools and another for a tool cabinet for a total of around 750 dollars and was not able to use my military discount. I did not have time to sign up online and did not feel like driving around to another store as I already started organizing the garage and just wanted to keep working. Another home depot I was able to just show my military ID and they applied the discount. Plus they seemed reluctant to find new cabinets in the box, which is what I did when I bought the first tool chest. Again, just wanted to leave and keep working. I know it was my choice to walk away, but I was in the middle of a project and just wanted to get it done. In the future, I will be looking elsewhere before purchasing from home depot.
