everyone of the employees seem to bend over backwards to help you...all you have to do is look confused...ha easy for me.

Can’t stay away from Homedepot!!

03/25/19 between 230 and 3pm I went to go get a key drilled at Home Depot on Gosford. I waived down five different employees, and was told "I'll get someone to help you" as they walked away. Eventually I walked over to the paint aisle where I saw 2 employees, I asked Brian and Josh politely while they were in the middle of a personal conversation to help me drill my key. Both Brian and Josh rolled their eyes and they told me they were going to send someone over. After about 20 minutes of the same, I decided to approach the guy on register and asked him to please help me out, he finally reached out to Rob (one of the guys that earlier had walked away saying he'd get some one to help me). Rob apologized and said that everyone that had been there calling out for assistance could have easily drilled out the key for me. I waited 20 minutes and spoke to seven different employees to have a key drilled out - something that took no more than 2 minutes. This store is a joke.

Always find what we need and get the assistance if that's needed!

I recently shopped in there's Southwest Home Depot store. 4700 Gosford Road Bakersfield California 93313. I had lost my wallet in a handicap cart, and was unaware of it for a few hours. A customer had brought it to the service desk, and dropped it off with Greg, Rochelle, and Shannon. I want to give out a kudos to these three commendable employees, And thank the management for being professional. It ment so much to me. Exceptional work. God bless your whole store. Excellent customer service

This store needs to hire employees who are there to assist customers not be rude and walk around with their hands in their pockets or on cell phones. This location only has self checkout open and rarely the lumber register open for lumber or large purchases only. Self Checkout has cashiers who are NOT willing to assist the customers and Jackie acts as though you are bothering her when the register requests for approval from a store associate. For employee' wife's (at this location) to not be able to get someone to help them is surprising, I wonder how bad a customer who doesn't know anyone deals with...

Employees are not aware of stock locations, grills are incorrectly priced, customer service was not able to complete a transaction with a coupon by manually entering the card number

If you need anyone to help you this Christmas that is cheerful and amazing, ask for Priscilla every time. She made our day!!

Store is generally clean. Some of the younger employees need to make sure they follow what Home Depot teaches you about how to treat customers

Will never shop this store again. Couldn’t get assistance and then was accused of stealing 3 6ft tables as I was leaving the store.

have nothing but good to say about this store from Andre in paint who recomendations I followed when painting the outside of my house and the order puller who pulled my rock order and the help and service I received at the customer service desk. the whole store seems to be filled with emploees who care about customer service and are genuinally interested in your projects.

The store is clean, materials are well organize according to trades that makes it a good shopping environment. Competitive and idealistic prizes. Good customer service from employees.

Professional location

I’ve been going to this store forever...the customer service has improved in recent years. Most recently, we received wonderful care from Millie in the Kitchen remodel department. It renewed my faith that customer service does exist is bits and pieces. Will definitely be considering using Home Depot when we remodel our kitchen and bathroom.

The Home Depot store on Gosford SW is close to my home. I love their selection of products. I shop there 3 or more times a month. I just purchased a Bathroom Vanity and I love it. The customer service is great.
