Dear Home Depot, this is recognition for your employee Doug, taller skinny Caucasian guy. He helped me so well. Doug went above and beyond to help me get everything I need. I was in another department when I found him to help. He walked over a completely different part of the store to help instead of just telling me which isles it is on. Your company should have more people like Doug. I felt very comfortable with him and made my shopping experience wonderful and enjoyful. Thank you Doug!

Dear Home Depot, yesterday I had the worst experience from one of your worker. She was very rude and DID NOT want to help, or showed me no interest in helping me. This is the very first time in my life that a Home Depot employee has ever talked to me EVER. I swear sometimes, I wish I wore a body cam, so I can upload my experience I had yesterday. Her Name is KIM Caucasian blonde lady. I don't know why I got the treatment that I got from her. Or maybe she was mad from work or non work related. When you come to work, leave your problems at the door before you enter. Thank you.

KUDOS for SOFI at the appliance department. After purchasing appliances several weeks ago , I decided to switch a portion of my order to get a different appliances. Sofi was kind and went about and beyond to help us. I appreciate her patience and her assistance. Due to Covid 19 situation, I decided to call instead of walking into the store . She made it so easy and handled everything by phone so that when I was able to walk into the store, everything would be tardy to go. Sure enough, when I walked in, Sofi had my appliance information printed and just ready fur me to charge and pay . THANK YOU Sofi fur going above and beyond ! Great customer service !

The customer service we received from Sofi at the appliance center was excellent. She went above and beyond to assist us. She was patient and knowledgeable. We had 101 questions and she answered them all without being annoyed. She was happy to help and this days is hard to find good customer service. She is an asset to Home Depot! We had a great experience from start to finish with our flooring we purchased for our home. Great service helpful employees. We plan to return to this store when we are ready to complete the rest of our remodel to our home.

Went to this store, it right around the corner from my home to pick up some stuff to to do some projects round the house. I had to walk from the inside garden area to the appliance department before I found someone to page me some help in electrical to have wire cut, after the page went out I had an employee walk past me and didn’t even ask if I needed help. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to go looking for help in this store.

Every time that i go to this store ,there is a guy on electric (Randy is his name) that always greet me with a hand shake and asked me how is my family, second he asked me how my last project went. After i tell him about it and i thank him for help me he asked what he can help me with and doesnt matter if isnt his department, he stop what he is doing and walk with me to where i supposed to go to find what i need. Prices and availability of products and tools is great but what it makes me to come over and over is his customer services skills.

If it wasn't for Mary the cashier , I would have had a great experience at Home Depot. Which is my normal experience, but she acted as if I was stealing at the cash register. I was attempting to scan my last item, when I noticed she was standing by the handle bar of my basket. She went through my list on the computer and asked me if I scanned an item in my basket. It was clearly on the list. Her whole posture was I know you are stealing. My worst day ever at Home Depot.

Very well laid out and it’s very easy to find what you’re looking for. Pleasantly surprised. They just need to get there self checkout back into properly working order. The store was very clean, they had what I needed in stock and I didn’t need any help from any associates so I don’t know how helpful they are.

We drive over 30 miles to come to this store. We even come here on our date nights. I love this store.

I’m a general contractor and comes in every single day , So upset at this store customer service Sad that is the only store close to my projects But employees are really insufficient and uncompetitive

Melissa was the best! She helped me so much to get the right door and even help me get more credit to purchase the door! She was extremely helpful and if you ever need any kind of door window or garage doors you should definitely go see her.

Home Depot is the SUPERSTAR of home improvement stores. I have been to ALL of them!! I own 8 residential rental properties and one commercial. I do all my own repairs and upgrades. I am at Home Depot most every day it seems!! Great people!! I just visited relatives in New York a week ago......hahahaha!! I had to check out THEIR Home Depot Store!! The had a 40volt Leaf Blower that I have been dreaming about on SPECIAL. SUCH A GREAT PRICE!! Hahahahahaha!! I BOUGHT it and carried it back on the AIRPLANE to California where I live!! Flight attendant had NEVER seen a leaf blower as carry on!! Hahahahaha!! I saved like 30% over the California price!!
