LAURA, SIMBIBI (I THINK HIS NAME WAS) AND SHIRLEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP US WITH SEVERAL DIFFERENT THINGS AND WAS ABLE TO GET DROP TWO PALLETS FOR OUR NEEDS WE REALLY APPRECIATED NEVER HAVE I EVER HAD SO MUCH HELP AT A HOME DEPOT

I went in looking for some stuff for my garden. Overall everything was easy to find and there were plenty of stock. I needed assistance and Jose from gardening was very courteous and helpful when I couldn’t find the item I was looking for. Great job.

Excellent store but have to look for a sales assistant to open a locked shelf and it took 10-15 minutes before they arrived.

Melissa in gardening help so much after I locked my keys in the car. Never acting as if I was inconveniencing her. Another great employee at this store.

I appreciated the help that Kiri gave me after I picked the wrong paint, had it color mixed and noticed that I was charged a different amount than what I thought I should be. Kiri made the decision to offer me a credit for the difference without me asking. I appreciated it very much and want to make sure that you know that.

EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS PARTICULAR STORE, I’M A GENERAL CONTRACTOR THAT VISIT DIFFERENT STORES/HOME DEPOT EVERY SINGLE DAY AND SO FAR THIS IS THE WORST STORE TO VISIT, AS FAR CUSTOMER SERVICE, SPECIALLY FROM HEAD CASHIER LIZ, UNFORTUNATELY THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I CAME ACROSS WITH THE SAME ISSUE AND WITH THE SAME ASSOCIATE.

Something has change. I have liked this store before. But, I saw more help in the parking lot and in store .

This store was clean and very organized, out of the multiple times I’ve been there there was never things out of place or items on the floor. Products have been in stock so far even through the pandemic.

Millie Beierschmitt assisted me in purchasing new cabinets and countertops for my kitchen. She was very pleasant and professional. She answered all questions and made the process very easy. I strongly recommend that if anyone is either building a new home or remodeling, they see her!

I'm a single female who had to replace battery in my garage door opener. A cashier in customer service helped me. Her name was Blanca and she miraculously opend the device( it was hard) and walked me completely across the store to find the right battery. She then helped me replace. What amazing service. Please hire more women- they go the extra mile.

If I could mark it negative a million stars that wouldn’t even be enough. Worst customer service ever!!! Within a week 4 encounters and all 4 are worthy of contacting BBB. They were that rude and the experiences were so off the charts I thought I was being punked. I was told I needed my id when using debit. Confirmed by Manager Kim Perez to be false. Lost sales there should have learned my lesson. Accused of possibly stealing because I have a big purse. While I was looking at table saws??? Told they don’t have a manager by an assistant manager Dennis who is the biggest doofus I’ve ever came across. Definitely has little guy syndrome as he felt superior telling me I fit the type and had been warned about me when he witnessed me spending several hundreds od dollars the first time I’ve walked in that store in years. I’m honestly shocked these people are employed. As I can’t be the only one this has happened to, I did nothing suspicious I was smiling and happy and that’s all I can really think got to them. It upset them off I was so nice they decided to change that because there was absolutely no other reason to have treated me the way I was treated. I’ll never spend a dime I’m telling every person I know and I’m taking everything back I’ve ever bought lucky my husband keeps years of receipts and I don’t care That they will more than likely turn me away, it’s more to prove a point and to all the vendors and stock holders what’s going on at the lowest level of this company.

Home Depot is awesome! They always have what we need. If we ever need help there is always someone nearby who is very knowledgeable to help us. They also keep their bathroom very clean.

There is no such thing as customer service at this location. The supervisor Cassie and another that was hiding her name with a badge denied helping because according to them it was going to take too long to help.

The sales person was fine had to order color of appliance I wanted. Appliance arrived and that afternoon had my plumber install. Only to find the inside of the dish wash is dented and latch won’t lock. Now they are giving me the run around about sending new appliance as I paid someone to install it, now they want me to have it pulled out and then I have to pay to have it reinstalled. They are horrible at backing their appliances. I will not be going back this is the second time I have ordered from Home Depot and they have screwed it up again!

Big sign out front telling customers that they must wear masks inside of store. Got inside and saw numerous Home Depot employees not wearing any mask or wearing their mask under their neck. Especially in the paint dept. guess the manager doesn’t care about customer safety and Covid-19. I’ll shop somewhere that they care about it.
