Very helpful staff that made sure we left with the items we came to purchase. Just wish this store was a little closer to home :)

This particular store never has anything in stock, and has no customer service to speak of. When you finally do get help the service is rude and unfriendly.

Great store always have stuff in stock. Employees are always willing to help and it’s very convenient location next to the interstate.

Wendy is an amazing employee! Any time I need assistance I will ask for her specifically she’s knowledgeable and personable!

I recently purchased an evaporative cooler at this store and was assisted by Britani. She was very courteous, respectful, and helpful! I couldn’t have asked for more! I’m a veteran who is also disabled. She quickly got me a stool because back hurt due to injuries. She did all the work and walking around to find my cooler and assisted with the sale price and loading! THAT is 5-star service!

Employees need to be more readily available and knowledgeable about the products in their departments that they have been assigned to by the manager. The manager's need to take a more proactive approach in training their employees. It's the captain of the ship that the buck passes to.

I needed a gallon of paint to use for touch ups around the house. All I had was a picture on my phone of what I needed, and the young man knew right away exactly what to do. I also didn't know if I needed special cleaner for my brush, but he reassured me just soap and water would do the trick. He had many customers, but treated each one of us as if we were the only ones there.

Was pleased with paint department and overall professionalism of the store.

Jen was working behind the service desk and asked me if I needed help regarding the A/C's. I was confused regarding the store price and website price of a particular A/C model. Also, the website indicated that there were NO models available at this #3507 site. She not only was responsive to my needs, compared the model numbers and then sold me the A/C at the Internet price. The HD website price was significantly lower. Jen saved me money and gave me incredible service. Thank you Jen.

Associates are always helpful and friendly. Store is easy to navigate and check out is not a pain nor are returns a problem.

Pro desk could learn a thing or two from the montano store

The parking is extremely difficult as it is surrounded by other busy stores. The layout is not consistent with other Home Depots that I have visited. It was chaotic to say the least.

I always find what I need here and if not the employees assist to find which home depot I can go to. There are so many reasons I chose home depot as opposed to any other home improvement store!

Could care less to help you

The parking lot was not littered with shopping carts and trash. The store associates were friendly and helpful. The store was clean and easy to navigate. The product I needed was in stock (even though it was out of season for it) and there were plenty to choose from.

Upon going into the store I was set on what I needed got a price quote online. But the home depot associate referred me to other options especially a GREAT Price on some GREAT products! even still asked if I was interested in anything else in the store and he did mention that there was materials on sale!!!!

Best Home Depot in Albuquerque area. Excellent employees and obviously great management.

Sorry customer service compared to other locations. Do your associates treat customers badly because this is a tougher part of town for your business and they think they can get away with it?
