I was looking for paint/supplies and they had lots of tools fpr the job

On 7/30/21 I went to get a price adjustment on Dewalt Trimmer I bought on 7/5. The Customer service rep Mia, assisted but was fairly new to the position and stated it was not possible. She then reach out to the Manger on duty at 4 pm either (Loretta, Adrianna, or Kristi) not sure whom it was as they did not want to come to the services desk to speak to me in person or over phone. The manger wanted me to do a full return and purchase a new one at the discounted price. Per state rules/regulations retailer must honor prices adjustment within 30 days of purchase. I will not shop at home anymore.

A big "HIGH FIVE" to Cole in Tool Rental! This young man not only help me save a lot of time, but also a lot of money! When I explained what I was wanting to do ... he suggested the perfect tools, and the best settings for maximum performance ... and he was very friendly and professional! Thank YOU so much Cole!

The Customer Service was better than I expected from past experiences at home improvement stores. The floor staff was very help and seemed to enjoy assisting the customers, the cashier was very friendly, and the service personnel out side the store was very helpful.

Home Depot is our favorite store.

William S. in the paint department was amazingly engaged and helpful during my visit. This young man deserves a promotion. You don't come across employees this competent very often.

Bad customer service, wouldn't honor Drivers License Veterans ID card. Literally says “Veteran” on the front. The cashier told me not to argue with her. Smh. Manager came out, very unprofessional. Home Depot could def do better. I'll never go there again and neither will any of my family. I'm telling EVERYONE to NEVER go to this store. Especially Veterans! Store 3507 has some lousy employees.

Employees literally took an hour of my time and still could not find the item I had purchased in store and scheduled to pick up the next day, after waiting for an hour outside I went into the store to help them locate the item I had purchased.

Store was well maintained nice and neat a very friendly and helpful and I'd recommend this store very much cashiers were always nice every time I visit

Make sure you go in with no questions or in need of any assistance. It is extremely difficult to find a sales associate.

Lead cashier Emily took time to help solve my problem and made my experience there great!!

Very rude person in the customer service desk. Was talking to her about what I was looking for and then walked off. Spent about an hour and a half looking for a screw. Talked to 4 different people redirected to each one each time. Last person said, “oh, we do t carry that.”

I love going to Home Depot, I love home improvement.

Thanks to a special individual/Employee named Colin we were able to locate all our items on our list. He went out of his way to present a friendly smile and greetings ,looking up the items and pointing out the locations in The store. Colin is Very down to earth and is a considerate individual, Home Depot is very fortunate to have him as a representative and he has lots of potential as a true leader. Thank You Colin for making our experience/day a great one....we will look for you on are next visit.

Do you want to minimize your exposure to others who might be carrying a virus, but still need to shop in the store? Do like I did: I found all my items on-line, wrote down the aisle and bin number, and BREEZED through the store. The time spent in preparation was well worth it!

I don't know how the covid-19 has affected home Depot and its ability to provide excellent service and excellent product to customers as they have in the past. However, on this occasion home Depot fell very short. I wanted to purchase a heater that was on display at the eubank store. While there I asked an employee to connect the heater so I could see it running. He said the cord was wrapped up too high and he couldn't get it . When I asked him to get an extension cord he said I guess I'll try to see what I can do, this isn't my section. Ultimately he did help connect it but I felt very uncomfortable as though I was putting him out of his way. This particular heater was not available at the eubank store . I was told there were five in stock at the Coots store. I drove to the floor store and purchased the heater there. I took it home began to piece it together only to find out there was missing hardware. Upon returning this heater, that by the way was sealed taped and did not seem to have been a resale, I was told there were no others in stock even though the eubank store told me there were five at the Coors location and an employee at Coors told me they were showing four in stock but there were none. Consequently, I was given a reimbursement and an apology. I understand things are hectic these days but I spent 3 hours on this venture only to end up with no heater. I still recommend this store and home Depot because usually I am satisfied with the service and the products.

We visited this particular Home Depot today and received stellar customer service! Ask for help from CJ - this guy is personable, knowledgable and professional. The store had a great selection and the staff was superb! Many thanks!

While a couple of employees misdirected in our search for a specific item, Josiah from the garden center went above and beyond to help us locate the item, get it up to the register, and out into the car. He was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable of the merchandise.

Excellent customer service!!!! Britani was amazing and helped me with getting me out of stock fencing that I badly needed to keep my dog from getting out. I was helped in getting my order placed and when my order finally I arrived for pick up, Britani and another employee helped me loaded the fencing material in my car and they practiced safe social distancing while also providing outstanding customer service!!!!!
