Sales person JGA3571 John A. in appliances was very friendly and helpful. No one was available while I stood there holding a newborn. John, whom was supposed to be off 2 hours before, was passing through and I asked him for help. Without hesitation John helped us and answered all of our questions, helped find the appliance options we were looking for, explained sales we were unaware of, and finished our sale. If it was not for him we probably would have just come back another time or looked elsewhere. John definitely sets the example for customer service and we will be back in the near future. Everyone was friendly and we did find what we needed for our kitchen.

Employees are very knowledgeable and helpful my experience there was pleasant the first moment I walked in I felt welcomed and I found everything I need it very easy the store was very clean I didn't notice clutter all over when I was shopping when I was done purchasing at the register the employee who checks me out she was very cheerful very friendly I will definitely go back to that store to make all my purchases

Exceptionally rude and threatening employees. Very unhelpful. Even if you are speaking directly to their face from 3 feet away, they will pretend they don't even hear you. Anything you need help with is provided grudgingly, it's like pulling teeth with these people. You can palpably feel how little the associates want you in the store and how little they care about the store, you, or anything else except their pitifully tiny paycheck. What extraordinarily inflated egos these people have, considering they work at a home depot, it's really astounding.

Very poor customer service management and Corporate don't care when you call to complain.

Bought some wood stain and was never disclosed to me before mixing this item is non returnable . After it was mixed it was too dark I even told the mixer and he just looked at me , so I bought it and brought it home and tested it. Well it’s too dark to I wanted to exchange it only to find out that I can’t !! The manager then told me I could reduce it by 10% so I said let’s do it then tells me I can’t! Had I known I couldn’t find change it I would have never accepted it and had the guy remix another color for me on the spot . And mind you the color looks nothing like the swatch they provide you! I will not be back at Home Depot I will use the other places instead from now on.

ORDERED EXTERIOR PAINT AND WAS GIVEN INTERIOR.PAINT. HELP EXTREMELY RUDE. MANAGEMENT NON EXISTENT OR HIDING - HELP REFUSED TO GET THEM. CALLED STORE BUT HELP AGAIN REFUSED TO GET THEM AND HUNG UP ON ME. CALLED BACK AND WAS HUNG UP ON AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very helpful and friendly service

The store was clean and the Aisles are shoppable an employee by the name of yuri is extremely helpful and I like the fact that shes bilingual.

The entire staff is happy and helpful. I walk my dogs when the weather is bad and all are delighted that we come to Home Depot to walk the dogs.

Customer service in the store is exceptional! Natalie was amazing to work with as she helped me with a difficult situation. I highly recommend

I have always used this store out of convenience but today they went above and beyond. I had a complicated order/return/adjustment and the front desk people helped me out. They straightened it out despite its confusing nature and did it in such a way that I felt like I was not burden at all. Thank you! Special shout out to Natalie, you made my day.

I have received awful customer service with cashier Erica to an point that I had to ask several times to speak with a manager in which she continued to deny getting a manager to come up front to assist me! She was unprofessional and her demeanor was out of control by smacking her lips, raising her voice, and rolling her eyes!! After being through this I received a manager named Devonte . He finally took care of my problem . I feel that no one should be treated like this when you are spending your hard work money there! Homedepot needs to address employees that are unhappy with there job and should not be in customer service if that is the issue!

The salesmen were absolutely fantastic, I would say " I need this" and 2 minutes later I had what I needed, along with any hints for doing what i needed to do. The service was fantastic. Tony in flooring, Gil in hardware, and Alec in rentals.

Lorenzo was very helpful and pleasant to work with.
