Stocked and displayed.well.Help not easily found but when found courtous and helpful. Items seemed commonly stocked unavailable. Sold out? Overall extremely happy our area has Home Depot

Customer service needs improvement . Cashier are unknowledgeable about price mark downs, store associates unwilling to help and managers constantly needs to be called because store associates don't seem empowered to make simple decisions.

Customer service is usually horrible. Cashiers seem unknowledgeable about products, price mark downs, and store associates at times are unwilling to help due to them doing restocking and inventory tasks. Some associates and manager are outright rude.

The store has so much more in stock than times past. It was a slow buildup from the hurricanes but I think the inventory surpasses any time in the past. There are great cashiers that make checkout a breeze and enjoyable. Veronica is my favorite! So fast, helpful and friendly.

Home Depot Store on St Thomas reminds me of the mainland which I always go to visit before coming back home always clean and always having well trained assistance in the various departments

The staff here at this store cares about their customers and make one feels like this is the place to shop. They go out of their way to help you find the items that you need. They are curtiuos,warm, personable and friendly

Carla the cashier is incredibly friendly and helpful, cannot recommend her enough

The associate in the Lighting section, (Jacob) was very friendly, helpful, and made suggestions on rechargeable lights that I ended up buying more than one light. His suggestion turned out to be very valuable because the products I bought exceeded my expectations when I used them at my house.

Tiles, molding sections ust be improves. No tile sealer Molding sections low quality products and little selection

Nobody is perfect and i always have good experience from the home depot staff especially the service desk and pro desk

We need a staff with knowledge bout plants and specially hydroponics

I was very pleased with the help that I received from the lady in the area with the windows and doors. She was very enagetic and knew everything about the products. She also gave good advice about the difference in the products

In St Thomas, Virgin Islands there is an issue with customer service and when come to home depot from the entrance to checking out every one I came into contact with was very professional and helpful This speaks volumes.

These Specific service desk ladies. I must recognize Shawna, Jaymie, Carla , Irma, &Cyrique is such a big help at the service desk. I hope these ladies really do get a token of appreciation from you guys as the management team because with out them the service would not be going.

We are lucky to have this Home Depot on the Island of St. Thomas. They made a herculean effort to get the store up and running after the two Category 5 hurricanes in 2017 and I don't think the people of St. Thomas will ever forget that effort. I think the store is back to 100% along with lots of employees to help their customers. Kudos to all employees!

The home depot store is a life saver but customer service needs improvement.

I shop at the Home Depot store at least once a week. The store is always clean, the sales representatives, cashiers are well rounded. Products are always in full capacity. I have always walked out of the store satisfied. Continue providing great service in the Virgin Islands.

Sade in the Appliance Department was awesome! She provided information regarding ways that I could have my Maytag washer delivered on the day of purchase. Without her assistance and referrals to delivery companies, I would not have been able to have the washer delivered and connected on the same day. Thank you, Sade and St. Thomas Home Depot.

Store is always clean. I go there every two weeks for all my household needs. It's the greatest !
