I love Home Depot but this location in particular! I can easily find everything I need, and check out in a timely fashion. Employees are always willing to help. We especially love the Kids Workshops, an excellent way to bring families and the community together!

There is a very poor attitude by some of the people at this store: GET RID OF THEM............they are running people off.

The associates at the paint desk were very helpful and went the extra mile matching my paint color.

Needed assistance but the 5 teens/ young adult employees thought their hilarious conversation was more important. I could hear them swearing and laughing half way across the store. I left and bought what I needed elsewhere.

There is a sign post broken in the parking lot. This could cause a safety problem. Please have someone look out the door from the lumber supply area end of the building. Thank you

Employees seemed to not know what they were doing. I bought carpet and I paid for what the carpet should have been measured at and they measured it wrong!

We just bought cellular shades for three living room windows from The Home Depot. Your employee helped me find what I was looking for, cut them to fit and gave us the confidence we needed to install them ourselves. They are beautiful and we will recommend your store to anyone who is looking for window treatments.

I am writing this review because I cannot get anyone to help me at my local Home Depot. I purchased a GE washer/dryer at Hoke Depot. Delivery service has called me twice with delivery confirmations and dates. However, both days no one has showed, and no one bothers to call and cancel. My husband has taken both of these days off of work. While I understand washer/dryer are being delivered by a 3rd party, I purchased them from Home Depot. Home Depot Managers told me that Home Depot sells the product, but it is GE’s responsibility to make sure product is delivered. Home Depot has given me the number of GE and delivery service and told me to handle myself. No one at Home Depot will follow up with me at this point. I will write a review everyday until this is resolved in hopes someone will actually give me customer service.

Associates in lighting and hardware were kind and helpful, lady at self checkout very nice and extremely helpful. Clean store.

All around a great store

Customer service was very good. All employees were there trying to make sure I had everything I needed for my project. I appreciate everyones help.

I had an appointment coming up that day so I went to this store. I enjoyed walking around just to see what was available. The cashier ( Sandra) was one of the friendliest people in the store. This store is in St. Cloud, MN.

The store was organized and clean. I was in the appliance area and the scratch and dent items were all in one area and easy to view along with the new appliances. Customer service rep Jalen was totally awesome:). Kind, respectfully and had knowledge of item inquiring about.

I have had great service from everyone I have come in contact with. They are knowledgeable and helpful. I don't think I've ever left this store disappointed.

Assistant manager Troy is a great employee. Came out of customer service desk to personally help me with my appliance order as the other employees were tied up with other customers for an extended period of time.

The store is nice and clean I can usually find what I am looking for. And there are always someone to help you find what you are looking for.

Hardware stores are just the best places to shop for DIY crafters. I have repeatedly found the employees at this store exceptionally helpful by not only helping me find items I need, but often entering into the search and fun of discovery and creating. Thank you, and keep up the great customer service.

This store was very clean and organized. I will definitely be shopping here again. Beth A was such a nice, friendly and helpful lady at the checkout. She was very helpful and we had a few giggles too. That's what I call Great Customer Service. I hope she is there the next time im shopping!
