Good help to load purchases

No longer can use as will not accept military cards even though many of us do not use the "app" phones.

Lori in the paint department knows what she's doing and is a great help. It's not common to find someone in a paint department that knows color theory!

Tool area was tidy and easily found what I was looking for within minutes of arrival.

Every time we shop here it's never a bad experience. They keep the store clean. There is generally just about everything in stock that you'd expect to find. The deals and special items are fantastic. The staff is great, Abby is our favorite cashier and she's the best. Ask for her if you get the chance! Pro desk is always helpful.

Had the furnace tune up done and I was very pleased with the work Brian Nelson did. Highly recommend!

Both people that I dealt with in the ordering my solar blinds were very nice. They did not seemed rushed & answered all my questions. They were business like & professional in taking care of my order. The fellow that took the measurements in my home was also very pleasant & answered my questions.

First upon visit I could not find anyone to help and I figured out why workers are not wearing any aprons or name tags I saw someone who was not wearing a apron jump on a machine to get lumber down. How am I supposed to find help if half the workers aren’t even wearing aprons. Secondly when I checked out there was a cashier in self check out wearing tight leggings and had here shirt tied tight into a not behind here showing 6 inches of skin and all you saw was her leggins. I don’t need to come into a home improvement store with woman wearing leggings and towing there shirt showing ton of skin I am not at a beach or club.

Lauren T. Was most kind and patient. Answered all my questions and was frank and telling me what she did not know. But she didn’t stop there, she went on to look up and find an answer to what she did not know! I encountered at least two other employees before I got to Lauren who is kind of a specialist. The other employees were also very helpful and making sure I reached the right person in a timely manner.

Always get greeted and receive amazing customer service. Everyone is always willing to go above and beyond to help find you what you need. Went in to get flooring and Skye was so informative and helped us get exactly what we needed. I definetly recommend speaking to her for all your flooring needs.

Gabby (Gabrielle, cashier) is the nicest cashier I’ve ever met!??? She made sure we found everything and was the reason we had a pleasant experience at the store! I really wish all the employees were like her :)

The store was efficiently run with employees being helpful when they were asked and many times they would ask if we needed help.

Great store great service

Went in the store to exchange propane tank. The cashier Dallas told me to go somewhere else instead of right there to do it since it was on the other side of the building. (I went to the customer service desk.) once he finally decided to help me he was not friendly at all. When the transaction was done I went outside to the kiosk to enter in my code and the cage didn’t open. I pressed the button to get help and it said the associate would be paged. I had to wait over 20 mins for somebody to come out and help me. When I called they blamed it on me that I didn’t go inside and tell somebody. When the kiosk said that somebody would be with me shortly. Needless to say this was not a quick and easy exchange like they say it is.

its been awhile since i have been to a home depot. i have gotten into a habit of going to one store for things. when that store only had 1 choice for what i needed without special ordering something, and that choice wasnt the right fit for the job. i left and was going home thinking about where i could find the right thing for my job, when i remembered the home depot. i am impressed with the changes they have made since i have been there last. they have many quality products and competitive prices and they had what was right for my job. thanks

like to go to home depot when in town only on this trip we were looking for flower pots when we pulled them down to look at and buy water came pouring out and got us pretty wet other than that we like shopping there

Employees seemed very put out to even give a quick location for an item. Also, during a pandemic, with a mask mandate, very few customers were wearing a mask. A shoulder shrug and a snide remark were given by the employee when asked about non-compliance.
