In the past couple of months we're made two major purchases at this store: a dual fuel range and a bathroom vanity base and top. Both experiences were first rate. Lynn Finch and Donna Watson were delightful to deal with, very thorough and personable.

Store cashier and sales person were safe distance and wearing masks and very helpful

Roberta Foley was very helpful at the Kitchen/Bath consultation desk. She explained the options and costs and put together a work order for our vanity tops. Helped locate sinks and open the boxes for inspection. She was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Mr. Bartels in the appliance department was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different products he sells. He takes the time to explain the differences between the products. In my case it was a refrigerator. I'm very pleased with my purchase from him, how much easier and pleasant the experience was because of him. Refrigerator works great.

I went to Home Depot on July 12, 2020, to buy a dishwasher for my mother. The sales person was seated at a desk and when I approached him, he abruptly told me to stand back and go around the aisle to talk to him which I did. When I asked to see the paperwork for the dishwasher before buying it, he acted annoyed and told me I would have to pay for it at one of the check out lanes in the front of the store. He didn't even thank me for my purchase which was extremely rude.

Thank you for keeping the outdoor register open - it was nice to buy what I needed and be able to checkout quickly.

The store is generally clean. Most of what I purchase is readily available and in line with prices elsewhere. My only concern is the lack of floor employees. When I located an Associate we found what I was looking for, although I didn't purchase the item, she was helpful.

I will always go to this Home Depot over any other home improvement store and the reason is the employees. Every single trip I have made to this store every employee has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The management team is extremely helpful as well. The employees go above and beyond so make your day. Normally I'm struggling with an issue when I come into the store and someone always helps me quickly and provides me with a wealth of information. Sometimes I'll call the store for help when there is an issue with my house for what to do next. For example, my basement was flooding during the pandemic and I had no idea what to do. I called and they provided me with all the info on what I needed to do to fix the problem, helped with my order with cost saving solutions, and delivered it to my car when arrived to pick up all in a couple hours! I could give so many more examples of how they have helped me at times when I was in distress due to being a first time homeowner.

Last year we bought carpet and installation for my mother's home, it was a great experience, that is why I came back to have mine done ! Thank you for your great service !

The Cave Springs Home Depot is my goto store for my home projects. The people in the paint department are very helpful. Other sales persons are friendly and courteous. Thank you.

The staff in general we're not friendly or helpful. They just went about their business as if helping a customer was annoying. There was an exception: a lady named To in who was terrific. She was friendly and helpful.

This location is awesome. I’ve never been at a Home Depot that had offered better service than the one off of Muegge Rd. I love what they do for the community and how they treat their customers
