I have been coming to this store since I moved to St Peters and they have never let me down. I will continue to come here as long as I live here.

Within minutes of entering the store I was pleasantly surprised by the immediate attention from your associates. Amanda asked me how she could help and showed me the items needed to complete my project and ultimately my purchase. If you had more associates like Amanda to assist customers the way she assisted me - your stores daily sales would definitely increase. This type of personal service provided to other shoppers who could use the extra help to envision their completed project would help all of us “Do it ourselveser’s” Amanda is a great asset to your company.

Please ask customer if they need an email receipt. Some of us need them for there business.

While walking around the store, we were constantly asked if we were doing okay in almost every section. Everyone was so friendly towards us and helpful when we had questions. The cashier, Amy, was fabulous and very engaging with us during our experience. She is the definition of a great sales leader!

So glad the store had this item in stock. I purchased this item in September and checking my closest store this was the only one that had it in stock.

I am 68 yrs old and was loading 2x12x12 pressure treated lumber while 5 employees were standing around talking and watching....none offered to assist!

I have used them all over the outside and am really pleased!

Home Depot DISCONTINUED 10% MILITARY discount, to customers which DO NOT own a Smart Phone! That's really a bad and unfair decision by management, and it needs to be reversed immediately. Owning a Smart Phone, has absolutely nothing to do with prior military service or veteran status! WAKE UP HOME DEPOT.......

Home Depot is no longer friendly to giving military discounts! Made process more difficult!

Out of stock on project completers. Associates who would rather talk among themselves than help a customer. 3 Associates standing at the flooring desk visiting and I was a big bother to them. Oh and the other day they told me my military ID was not sufficient for the military discount. But then today they took it. So there is really no consistency or standards anywhere. Store is dirty and unsafe. Shelf maintenance is a disaster. That's ok, when I was there I did maintenance for you just so I could find what I needed.

I wish I had purchased this 2 months ago. We have raccoon problem with our suet feeders as they can pull them open.

Every time I visit this location the staff is very helpful and the store is clean.

Bought Samsung a counter deep side by side black stainless refrigerator. No handles and the finish/color is sharp.

I've started to replace my current tools with the Ryobi brand. I'm extremely happy with all of them so far. Battery powered lawn mower, 120v table saw and drill bit kits. Looking forward to my next purchase.

They provided me with the safety I needed in order to get something from the top shelf.

Donna in kitchens was GREAT very nice and caring when I was communicating with my husband through text messages due to him being out of town with his job and us needing to order new kitchen countertops.

Hugh was absolutely outstanding. Very refreshing to see a very young man that has the natural skills to deal with the public. He is definitely going to be very successful in any pursuit that he would choose.

Employees are not very knowledgeable. Refuse to do their full job as they leave the temporary gates in place while there is no HE being utilized. The employee we “helped” was clueless. He wouldn’t ask any of the other associates about a location of stock for product and sent us to customer service, which was on the other side of the store. Carts and randomness are being left in the aisles making it hard to navigate around. It’s often times hard to find an employee to “help”. I often times utilize the app for assistance, until that item isn’t there and then I need real assistance, which wasn’t at all helpful today.

Great store with TOO MUCH SALES DISPLAYS CLOGGING UP THE AISLES.
