The workers were very friendly and very helpful. The store was nice and clean, we were able to get the help we needed.

I was not provided a complete military discount on my purchase. A partial discount of $2.31 was provided on an $83.02 purchase. I asked the casher about it, it was indicated that lumber may not be included as part of the discount and that I should check with customer service. Customer service indicated that it was "thought" that lumber was not included. So my question is "What exactly is and/or is not included in Home Depots military discount?"

Store was very clean, service was excellent and done in a timely manner

Everyone was helpful when I engaged them and the checkout lady made me feel like I was the best customer of the day. She deserves a raise!

I always find this store to be very clean and well-organized. When there is a sale at this store there is almost always plenty of stock on-hand and employees who are able to tell me immediately where the items are in the store. I have also found that the employees at this store are friendly, available and very knowledgeable.

The associates in this store have always been helpful, professional, and courteous. If Robin helps you, I can guarantee your experience will be a good one. Never pressured, and never played the "does anyone actually work here" game. Would love to see a bit more stock on hand for some items, but I understand there is only so much space. The store was clean and orderly, and masks and plexiglass were in use to help. I saw cashiers wiping down keypads, something I wanted before the pandemic. I hope that continues once the current episode is over.

The store is amazing. It’s well organized, products are generally in stock, and the managers and associates provide great customer service ANYTIME I’m in the store. This is my “go-to” Home Depot and my “go-to” home improvement store.

I asked a clerk a question and he was very dismissive. He needs a course in customer service His name was Trevor. Unprofessional. If I knew the answer to my question, I wouldn't ask him. Also, I was looking for vacuum bags for a Eureka Boss. Not available even though indicated on the Web.

We were looking for a washer. Fred was very knowledgeable and helped us a lot. I also appreciate the guidelines he follows for COVID. I felt very safe.

Employees are great at this store. If you need help loading, ask for Paul Moss. He is extremely helpful and always willing to lend a hand!

I was falsely accused of stealing by an employee at this location tonight. I brought a large axle nut from home in to see if they had a large socket that fit, which they did not. I returned the socket to the shelf and put my nut back into my pocket next to said employee, then went to the next isle on my list. The employee came over to me and stated he needed that socket back from my pocket. I pulled out my axle nut and explained it to him. He didn’t believe me so I said again that there’s a 32 and 36 mm socket in stock and neither fit this nut for which I needed it for. I also told him I’m not stealing anything and that he can fully search me if he wants because I’m doing nothing wrong. He backpedals and says that he didn’t say that I was... Then he walks away and has a snide remark of “I don’t see how either of those have to do with the doors you’re looking at...” I stood there staring at him waiting for a hidden camera prank to end. Then I went to my next isle after again not finding what I was really looking for. 2x4’s right near the cashiers. The employee goes directly to them and says something to them then stands by the front door. I grab the two 2x4’s I needed and should have got elsewhere. I was waiting for him to pull me aside and wait for the cops to detain me for not stealing anything. This was literally the worst experience I’ve ever had in a store, including crazy holidays and when I was working all day through the COVID panic to get off work from losing money to find empty shelves. Please train your employees better and teach them not to treat paying customers as if they are thieves and liars.

This Home Depot location has friendly and very helpful associates; if they don't know the answer to a question, they find out. I have had one associate ask another associate the best solution to a problem - that's TEAM WORK!

Store 3009 is the best, Lindsay and Klayton were awesome, they helped us with the purchase of a new fridge and assisted in the process making it as painless as possible. We shopped several other retailers in the area and this store hands down had the best service and pricing available. I would return for my next purchase for sure!!

Knowledgeable and friendly experience when buying a major appliance.

The cashier helped get me assistance quickly and Tim was awesome helping me find the correct adapter for my drill. Tim even opened it up to ensure it was the correct adapter. Thanks guys!

STORE EMPLOYEE AMIRA INSERRA WAS THE BEST. I WOULD HIRE HER IN A HEARTBEAT.SHE WILL TAKE THE EXTRA STEP TO ASSIST. I DID NOT THINK THIS TYPE OF SERVICE WAS STILL POSSIBLE.

I worked with Fred Bartels today he is extremely knowledgeable appliance specialist helped me understanding the options I had and given good recommendations and backup plans for my problem.

Would be nice to sell outdoor plants, which have seen better days, at a discount; instead of returning them to the grower. I think you would sell more products.
