Great customer service. Heather was super helpful and patient throughout our shopping trip there. She showed us where everything we needed was located. Not once did she point in a general direction (which is what we usually get when go to a store) and hope for the best finding the items needed. Really great person!

I wasn't sure about a Dimmer switch and an Employee directed me to the correct one after I told him what I was going to do. You have such wonderful Employees. They know so much about many projects that I don't mind asking a question .

I always get great customer service when I enter my local Queen Street, Southington Home Depot. I had an off duty employee help me load a heavy hot water heater into my vehicle without requesting his help. Thank you for the help Paul.

I've been shopping at this store for over 20 years, remodeling 3 homes in Bristol and 1 condo in Southington, CT. They always have had what I need at fair and competitive prices.

Every associate I had an interaction with was super helpful and knowledgeable about the productions I had in question. Also a very clean and well maintained store.

Very helpful in the paint dept and also when I went to buy the washing machine this trip

Store employee at Berlin CT store named Kirstin was very rude, untrained and unprofessional in how to deal with a customer especially a contractor who spends money on a daily basis at the home depot stores.

Unsatisfying customer service , very rude and unprofessional, with attitude, doesn't know how to deal with customers ( contractors ) . Not friendly at all (self checkout and return Alyssa)

Employees don't know what they are doing, and most don't care. Improperly labeled and located electrical and plumbing parts; only cashier is covering all four self controlled units. Won;t be sorry when you guys fail.

Went to home depot to design a kitchen peninsula, Patrick Robinson the kitchen designer and specialist was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Able to help stay in our budget and willing to help! We will definitely be back.

If you have to buy a counter or cabinets Patrick Robinson is the guy to see. Very patient and helpful wit options and working within my buget .

It would be nice to have more employees like Eli that truly care and are truly helpful. Some of the other employees get a little aggravated. There are many good employees at Home Depot in Southington, but even after shopping there for over 25 years Eli was the most helpful I have ever been with.

Patrick Robinson, kitchen designer/specialist greatly assisted us in our washing machine selection. He demonstrated and explained a variety of machines with patience and knowledge. Ask for him!

My husband and I have been doing projects around our house for the last few months. Every employee at the Southington, CT store has been amazing, including the manager Heidi. From the paint department and beyond, they have been helpful, knowledgeable, and curtious. I highly recommend this store!!

I want to buy a grill at Home Depot Mike C evening staff personnel was very helpful and completing our order and made arrangements for delivery for the next day between 6 and 8 a.m. however the next day I called the delivery department and they're telling me you don't be there between 6 and 8 p.m. ruined my day and the arrangements I had for the afternoon.
