This is the best Home Depot store I’ve ever been to… It is a little smaller than most, but I find it normally has more product than most. As it is kind of nestled between a few other larger locations, Do you normally encounter an extremely friendly staff and a store that is not extremely busy.

THE STORE WAS CLEAN AND THE ASSOCIATES WERE FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE. ASSOCIATE SHOWED ME THE RANGE I WAS LOOKING FOR TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THE FEATURES AND BENEFITS AND MADE THE PURCHASE EASY RIGHT DOWN TO SCHEDULING DELIVERY AT MY CONVENIENCE.

Andrea was very helpful, great customer service, and spent time helping us find a microwave and patio umbrella! EJ was also very nice and helped Andrea get it from a high overhead shelf. The employees were helpful and I enjoyed shopping in this store. Due to Covid the supply of microwaves and patio umbrellas were low: however, we found a Samsung microwave we love. When I asked for assistance Andrea found us and helped us.

Great scheduling team. Excellent installers for Hot Water Heater. They even install on the weekends. Great overall experience.

I received excellent customer service at this Home Depot store again. This time it was from an associate, Brayden, who helped me with the purchase of a cordless trimmer. I explained I have never bought something like this before and he not only described my options, he also told me how to set it up and use it once I got home. He did all of this even though he didn't work in that department. He gave me all the time that I needed. He was very patient and his customer service was exemplary. I live closer to another Home Depot where the customer service isn't the same as the store's.

Order pickup is always a fiasco.

Ordered online at 7pm, got confirmation at 10pm, order was put in my van at 8am the next morning in less than five minutes after I called saying I was ready to pick up.

Had a product delivered from an online home depot purchase that was not in good shape. I called and spoke to Heidi at the Pro Desk and she told me to come right in to return it no problem. I was in and out within 20 minutes, shopping for another item too. The folks at the Pro Desk are great!!

This is a superior Home Depot location compared to the other 2 locations I have used/went to. The store is very well run by management and the employees.

I had a project that needed to be done and was given instructions on what type of item to get at Home Depot. Patrick at Home Depot was wonderful and helped me get the item I needed and even signed me up for a Home Depot credit card. I was very thankful for his help.

Joe G is an exceptional employee and should be recognized as such. Aside from helping me, how he helped me and what else he did was most impressive and experiences that other employees can provide. While assisting me, Joe was watching and aware of other customers. He would ask them if they needed help, provide assistance while maintaining a positive attitude. He didn't make it appear as if he was too busy or rushing. Complete composure. In addition to this, when a younger associate stopped by he took the time to explain what he was doing, mentoring him. He even offered to teach him more if he had interest. A professional through and through.

This store has the most amazing staff. If you want excellence in service and knowledgeable staff this is the store you need to visit. Friendly staff and very clean.

Occasional shopper. Every time I go, I get treated well by caring, competent people & the prices, from every day to special mark downs, are very good. If you want a big ticket item, talk to them. They will work for you to earn your business. They live up to their motto.

I shop many Home Depots. Queen Street HD is my favorite. The associates are always willing to help from special orders to helping me load my truck are never an issue. Unlike some of the other stores I shop at, where you cant find an associate and if you do they do not want to be bothered most of the time. This store rocks. Contractors like myself work with the Pro Desk and are very satisfied with the prices and services this store provides. Jeff, The Store manager is always available to lend a hand if you need him and Brenda and Jake from the Pro-Desk are amazing dedicated associates. Queen Street Home Depot is truly a great shopping experience every time I shop.
