Hard to beat the "Best there is"....

When a Manager tells you “ I don’t know” why something isn’t working. Or when your having a conversation with a manager and two associates decide to talk over you. When you ask for a manager and they make you wait 25 minutes for them to come to you. But then you have to go to them and their at the front desk on their phone.

Great job today. Nick and Pedro in the garden area loaded all the mulch and a wheelbarrow in my car. They did it with a smile!

A worker named Art took the time to help me find what I needed. We checked several aisles and I feel he definitely went above the normal course of just being helped. Very polite, courteous and helpful. Please tell him thank you.

I am a single girl, who with the help of a contractor, have taken on a renovation of a 1920s english tudor. I went into the Windows and Doors department of store #6208 and asked for help. I had done my research and visited a few manufacturer's showrooms but was looking for input and guidance. The team there helped me, guided me, and advised me through the ordering of more than 30 custom Anderson windows. Now...$25,000 may not be alot of money to some people, but to me it is a huge amount of money! The windows are fabulous! The store is always clean and there is always someone to help a girl out when I need it!! I will go no where else for any of my home needs and I am constantly sharing my story, both in person and on social media as the home is a high profile home in my area, and many comment on and are following the reno progress! Great work store #6208 team!

Terrible store... kept me hostage there for 3.75 hours due to incompetent service.

Good space between the rows makes shopping easier.

Store is poorly laid out, and there are rarely any employees in the flooring, paint, Millwork, or Plumbing departments to assist with basic operations like special orders or finding a product that isn't where it would be in any other store

My husband & I went to the store looking for a small table & umbrella and a base. We were immediately greeted and all the staff was friendly. We were assisted by Judi & she was very helpful and we found everything we wanted. Judi went the extra mile. I didn't realize I would need a bag of sand for the base. She got us a cart picked up the bag of sand, we checked out and even helped to the car. It was a very pleasant shopping experience & I even picked up two beautiful plants.

I bought a stove from this store and still don't have it. They text me between 12 and 4pm for delivery. Then they called me at 8:00 am saying they would be right over. Joke. Now, I have to work around HOME DEPOT'S schedule to get a product I ALREADY PAID FOR. I don't blame the manager, I blame Home Depot. They should be embarrassed as a company that they can't master logistics and Customer Service. Too big to fail. BOLOGNA.

Excellent store wonderful personnel

I visited this store to purchase new washer and dryer. I have never been so pleased with a major appliance purchase process as I was with this one. Donna was extremely helpful - she went well above an beyond at understanding my needs and helping me make a good decision. I literally hugged her before I left :). Additionally, the interaction between Chris, the Manger and the staff was impressive. The respect and care that they all had for each other was so refreshing...a true team environment.

This store is amazing. I actually drive out of my way to go to this one. the store has everything i need and the employees are the best anywhere. The store is very clean and organized and easy to shop. The employees are what really sells me on this store. They are all very nice and extremely helpful. My last visit was rewarded by being helped by Jake and Natane. They were exxtremely helpful in a school project that I was working on with my grand daughter. They went above and beyond all expectations. Thanks for all your help.

I'll simply say that an organization (individual department managers as well as all store employees) is a direct result of the top management. In this case, that person is Jeffrey Cianci!!!

This store as all Home Depots have absolutely no customer service at the front checkout. Home Depot forces it's customers to use self service.

Small item bins in electrical and plumbing are always a mess!
