EVERY TIME I GO TO THIS HOME DEPOT, IT IS A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH FRIENDLY STAFF THAT WILL STOP & HELP YOU FIND SOMETHING OR ANSWER QUESTIONS ABOUT A PRODUCT, MOST ITEMS IN STOCK THAT I NEED & KEPT NICE ...KEEP UP THE GOOD JOB SOUTH SOUTHINGTON HOME DEPOT!

Store #6235 in Southington is cleaner and much better organized than the Home Depot closer to my zip making it my preferred store to shop in.

Visit started out not so great last night at 8:30pm, I came in and planned to spend $500 on toolboxes that were in stock and was told I have to order "on line" by employee in the dept. when they were in store/in stock according to on line info. I didn't want to come back again I wanted them then. Half hr to closing time and no one wanted to help find the product but then Sharon at service desk saved the day. She was finally able to track down another helpful employee to complete the sale. He took down the large Husky toolboxes from the overstock area on top of shelves. and we completed sale. I even bought mulch and other things too. Sharon had to call and page several times but it worked out. Store needs to be more prepared to make sales, not put them off. Even though it was close to closing time. Thank you Sharon, you are what customer service is about.

This store has great selection in wonderful Garden Center, also is always stocked on soils and fertilizer that others aren't!!

I have been to several different Home depot stores. This one is the most organized of the lot, and the easiest to do business with.

The manager and his employee were very very rude at the Southington West Store. They were of no help to me. I will NEVER shop there again.

I found what I was looking for. Everyone was extremely helpful!

I needed assistance for obtaining 10' 6" aluminum rails (item #099713389137). The remaining stock was on a pallet on a high shelf. The stock was depleted located in the area for a customer's reach. I asked for assistance and BOY did I receive some wonderful people from your staff who came to my rescue. The names I was able to obtain who were involved and successfully obtained my rails for me were: Mark C., Jack, Kristy, and Jayson Lewis. And let me tell you this was no easy task, the pallet of the rails were high above and once your staff brought the pallet to the ground, it was so well packed that it would take a metal clipper and very sharp cutters to be able to open the pallet for me to obtain the dozen of the rails I needed to complete my fencing. When employees go above and beyond to help a customer like myself during a busy day, I just have to write to let their management know what a great job they did in hiring such diligent and kind employees. After all, hiring the best only reflects on the management, James Cornish, the store manager there! A job well done! I was so impressed that I picked up some additional items on my way to the cashier, Maria, who was also very helpful and cheerful. In short, THANK YOU YOU ALL SO MUCH! I will be sure to return to this HD for my future needs!

Someone needs to empty product off of large carts. Last 3 times Ive been here there have been no available carts. There are many carts On the store floor unattended and filled with returned product.

Store is always clean and we'll stocked. Employees are very knowledgeable. Cashiers are very friendly.

They have a good selection at good prices. The store is clean, organized, and they seem to make an effort to keep things sorted. The staff is very polite and helpful.

The best example I can give is The professionalism of The associates especially associate Jennifer JLS3987. Employees like her Exemplary there aren’t many like her in most the Stores we shop and one of the biggest reasons I order online and pickup at the Southington Store!! Hoorah to her.

I've been in this store many times and each time everyone smiles and says hello, can I help you find something. They make you feel right at home and care about your needs. I've been in other Home Depot's that are too busy to help you or when you call they put you on hold and then come on and say please leave your name and number and we'll call you back , which last time I called in the morning they didn't get back to me until late afternoon. So then I called this store and a person, Bruce picked up the phone and helped me right away. Thank you

I have opted to shop at this store because of my consistent positive experiences. The employees have been willing to assist without asking somethimes. Also, I appreciate the organization and cleanliness of the store.

I stopped being a Home Depot customer a few years back due to some customer service issues. Last year I needed an item that was not in stock at another home improvement store so I went back to Home Depot. I was amazed at the changes in this store. The employees were very helpful and went out their way to help me find the items I needed. They won me over and have been shopping here since.
