This is the Best Home Depot for In-Stock products and they are always friendly & helpful! Price Match too is no problem. Great shopping experience. Highly Recommend.

This Home Depot store is always neater, and shelves are better stocked than some others I shop. I usually shop this store even though there is one closer to me.

Excellent service nice and clean. I went there for a huge load of sheet rock and other heavy stuff and several people help me load my car and my trailer. And unpleasant activity was much less stressful.

This store to me is the greatest I have shopped in a lot of stores and many homedepots, and this store by far is the best, I am a veteran of the marine Corp. I've been around a little bit and had not run into the kind of service and courtesy that is offered at this store, the staff is marvelous all around. Keep up the good work.

The app for home depot is useful but a virtual outlined map of where exactly the aisles and bays are located would be beneficial. Store is neat and clean, following all pandemic outlines. Associates were terrific and mentioned in my survey prior to this review.

Great Store, knowledgeable employees and good prices.

Overall, just a great experience today with the southington home depo. Like I stated before, maybe it was just the friendly face behind the mask. The customer service was just overall awesome and we need more like her at all locations. I had all my questions answered and she honestly told me she was unable to point me in the direction I needed to go but that she would find someone who can help and she did. Sometimes at the other home depos people just point me in a direction or just dont know and leave you stranded. All associates very friendly and helpful. Cashier per my receipt is anisah. My return was easy and maybe its just a new face did it for me. Great job kid. Keep it up. Kudos to southington.

Have always had a pleasant shopping experience here. It is nice to see the store manager Sean, put and about and very approachable. The store typically has everything fully stocked and clean.

Nice clean and organized store…. the only thing is (and it is an issue everywhere the public is) there are "people" that do not follow the rules and do not wear a mask. Even thought it is mandated by our state gov… too many do not comply and I personally find that uncomfortable and try to avoid being near them. Hopefully you can find a way to enforce the mask mandate without @#$% everybody off.

Somewhat disorganized

I Would like to thank Brian Daley, Design Consultant, for his help in choosing my kitchen countertops. Not only is he very knowledgeable in his department, but very kind and courteous in “sales”. It’s nice to see someone who, not only is good at what they do, but clearly enjoys it as well. It truly shows and makes the shopping experience that much better.

Easily to find things needed.

i WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE HELP FROM THE GENTLEMAN IN THE ELECTRICAL DEPT. I EXPLAINED MY SITUATION I HAD WITH A PROBLEM AT HOME CONCERNING AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM AND HE WAS ABLE TO HELP ME CORRECT MY PROBLEM.

I went and bought 30 2x4 and the cashier ask me if I needed help loading them which I thought was really nice. I can’t recall his name but always have a great experience when shopping at Home Depot.

Blair was very helpful and patient. He had to wait over 10 minutes to get an answer for me and never complained or got upset. With his help we got the issue resolved. Thank you Blair!
