The store is convenient and the inventory is fairly broad for a brick and mortar store. Staff is friendly and helpful. The store itself is clean and neat, both outside and inside.

It's always a fun store to visit when in town visiting family. Well stocked and customer service well staffed.

I needed assistance, employee walked up to me as i entered the store, and ask if I needed help, he took me directly to the item I was looking for and made sure, to ask if i needed any other assistance with anything else, the store was getting ready for Black Friday Sale, the staff were all busy stocking their sections and they still took the time to say hello as I passed by.

Bought a Milwaukee PackOut System again this year. Bought it a week before it when on sale. Upon it going on sale I requested to be reimbursed the difference, and the staff at this Home Depot was more than happy to assist me.

I was literally wondering if Home Depot has started a new Customer Service initiative. There were Customer Service Reps around every corner. I was asked if I needed assistance at least 3 or 4 times.

Paul in the lumber department helped me cut a piece of plywood. Very helpful. Didnt know Home Depot even did that in the store! Super easy!

Store was very clean and neat. Paint and garden sections are a must to browse thru, always the latest and up to date merchandise.

I just want to give a "shout out" to Barbara the cashier that checked me out yesterday at Home Depot on Ballantyne Commons! It was BUSY in there, she was quick, efficient and had a great attitude! She took the time to tell me about the survey and that she has had a winner before! I prefer to use a checker vs. Self Check and she was why! Thank you Barbara! Your sense of humor and great attitude are one of the reasons I like that store!

Employees make the POSITIVE difference! Dignora looks for ways to help every visit. Saccha is ALWAYS a joy. A member of Saccha's team was "off the clock" on his dinner break. When he noticed that I needed help, he insisted that he assist before returning to his dinner. I never had to ask.

By far the best Home Depot store I have visited. Al employees are very polite, helpful and willing to give you ideas on improvement of your project and on savings by using alternative products. There are no other business establishment that take such a good care of their customers.

Alvin is what customer service is all about. He reached out to me first and then stayed with me giving me the best price and finishing the transaction quickly and efficiently. He was pleasant and friendly offering help and a good deal. I felt better leaving the store than when I went in. If there were more Alvins in the stores going shopping would still be popular rather than ordering on line.

Great Customer Service!

Have always liked this store, but lately it’s been very hard to get help while shopping. And this last time, specifically there to look at floor products and 2 employees decide to pull a forklift into the flooring aisle and start to close off the aisle, all without saying a word or acknowledging me. Kind of puts you off a store.
