The cashier at the service desk (Elizabeth) ignored me and acted as if I was an inconvenience to her because I had a refund.

Store employees were very rude and unhelpful. Makes DMV look better.

Evan in South Charlotte store is so friendly and helpful. I went there to pick up my glass top and garden stakes. The glass top is very heavy and large. He tried different ways to make sure to fit it into my car and secure it. Later he uses his knowledge to help me to choose the right garden stakes since I am new to this garden project. In the whole time, he is so patient and friendly. He is always go above and beyond and put customers interests first. He is the best!

If you need an exterior cut glass door-George is your guy! Patient and awesome at finding exactly what we wanted. Gloria?, in flooring, was very nice and helped us purchase the door, since when we returned for the purchase , George had left for the day. Ashley at checkout completed the great experience. All staff we encountered was super and very helpful. I love great service!

Denise who picked up the phone took time to go talk to the associate in Appliance department. They were busy, so took my contact information and passed it on to Eileen who called me back promptly and provided all the answers to my question. The internet site showed incorrect amount for the Refrigerator. She rechecked and quoted me the current correct price that was actually a better deal. She also sold me 5 year protection plan. She explained me the process in detail and was very knowledgeable. Though the item was not on display in any of your stores, I did not want to purchase the item over the phone. When I reached to store, Eileen had all the paperwork ready. Kudos to both of them. They represented Home Depot in very professional manner and provided excellent customer service. Thanks!

Don't try and get help in the carpet department, especially if STEVE is working. You can't miss him....has his name printed in big black letters across the top of his orange apron.

Employees are wearing masks. They are keeping their 6 foot distance and are available to make your shopping easy.

This is our 'neighborhood' Home Depot and it is always an enjoyable experience shopping here!

Before the corona virus epidemic I always visited this store. Yesterday I did visit and much to my disappointment the current recommended policies for stores open to the public were not observed. Employees did not wear face masks nor keep social distancing!

I purchased an extended warranty for a new appliance I was buying. The appliance had issues from day one. Recently, a couple years later, major issue. I called warranty dept and I was sent the same company 5 times and still item does not work. I have requested a new company come out because the one they keep sending does not know what they are doing. I dont say that because the problem still exists, I say it because they really do not know by their own admission. So, what they should have said when I purchased warranty is, we have only 1 company we use to fix appliances, and if they can not fix your appliance then the warranty was a waste of your money because Home Depot does not use any other company to fix appliances. If the issue does get resolved then you did not waste your money. In this case I wasted my money! I will never buy a warranty with HD again!

Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Don't recognize Military, if products are ordered on-line, competitor does. Building a new home and have used both stores, no comparison in service!

I came in with a (very) rough idea for a planter box I wanted to build, and having zero carpentry experience, the lumber department was a bit daunting. I was approached almost immediately by Mickey Corbin, who was SO HELPFUL. He was not only able to recommend the right materials for the job, but offered cost-saving advice and cut EVERY board I needed exactly to size so all I needed to do when I got home was assemble the pieces. He spent a lot of time with me and was exceedingly patient - THANK YOU MICKEY for making my project not only achievable, but EASY. I would definitely seek his assistance again!

I have interviewed twice at this store for a job. The interviews went well but i have not heard back from either. I have decades of experience in construction and use of tools and equipment. I also have a graduate degree psychology and experience in working with people and solving problems.

I go to this store frequently and find it very nice to run into the same employees. The gentleman that helps me with lumber is always very friendly and gives me suggestions on how to approach a project. Most recently I ran into a worker in landscape and he helped me with selecting blocks for building a landscape wall.

Evening crew at this store was amazing on 02/06/20. I had to return a broken item I purchased earlier, and arrived at the store after the story weather had subsided. The replacement item was not on the shelf, but the sales Cashier, "Lesego" was able to find the two gentleman who searched the store high and low to find it. They found it stacked in the back, and did what they needed to do to retrieve it. It was exceptional customer service.

If you need assistance in the lumber dept, Joshua is the man to see! I needed assistance and Joshua was very helpful, courteous, and offer suggestions! The Store Manager is excellent as well. It's great for me to go into the lumber dept, where I really didn't know what I needed, and get great customer service! Thank you Ballantyne Home Depot!!
