just reopened after covid so it was well staffed and busy. the item i needed was available.restrooms very clean too.

Excellent store! Very knowledgeable staff member helped us. His name is Filiberto and he helped us with plumbing. He told us how to fix our problem and we did! Couldn’t have had a better experience!

Today is Friday, May 1, 2020. Yesterday, I spoke with Giselle and Oscar in the Pro Services desk at Skillman Home Depot needing 3 boards with specific dimensions. Oscar explained all my options. They both were so professional, patient, and friendly to sell all my concerns were met right then and there!! The store was clean and I was able to get inside the store right away and employees and people were trying to practice social distancing as best possible. As promised, Oscar delivered the boards today. I appreciate his professionalism, thoughtfulness, and patience in assisting me. I will call the Pro Services Desk again for my home improvement needs and ask for Giselle and Oscar and hopefully they will be available to help me. Thank You for a pleasant experience!

This was not a good experience. We had to buy three emergency air conditioning units during the pandemic we wrist the virus to come out to Home Depot and purchase them. Our installer was waiting so we got them installed however each unit had flattened fins and one was crushed on the front so visually it looks bad. When On a timeline, we called asking for a price adjustment offering to send pictures and proceeded to wait on a long hold. When the Home Depot rep got back on the line they insisted we risk our lives again to come back in the store to discuss even though we called within two hours of purchase they had a receipt number all the information they needed . But what really takes the cake is when I went online I saw that we overpaid by $10 on each unit they weren’t even willing to give us that Home Depot‘s website had it for 289 and we paid 300 each ! Other retailers Also had the ACs for less. We are not going back in the store we don’t have the time and we don’t wanna take the risk I know that typically they want you to come in yada yada but when they have all the information there and especially during a pandemic, That shouldn’t force you to waste your time coming back in to have a discussion when photos can be emailed and they could just simply do the right freaking thing

This store is very well stocked - appliances, kitchen faucets, light bulbs, cleaning supplies. There are tons of employees working, all seem to know their job and be tending to the work. Flow of customers in and out is monitored. Nothing but high praise for this Home Depot on Skillman. My kitchen faucet was broken! I was rinsing dishes in the bathroom! I bought a new faucet, took it home, decided it wasn't suitable and returned it - TWICE!. At the 2nd return, I asked the cashier for someone to help me select a faucet. She summoned Ricardo. He was patient, calm and knowledgeable. After probably 30 minutes of discussing options, he suggested a particular faucet - Kohler "Mistos" for $139. I've been using it over a week, and I couldn't be more pleased! I'm so grateful for excellent service in an important and stressful situation.

Great store. Very helpful employees. Unfortunately, the "survey" of customer service at this store was very poorly designed and very time consuming to complete. I simply wanted to recognize the excellent customer service at this store but found myself being asked intrusive questions about my name, email address, telephone number, etc that I never share with corporations like Home Depot without having some extremely compelling reason. In any case, I appreciated the help I received today from a cashier by the name of Sheri and by several other employees at the Skillman Home Depot in Dallas. And no. I am not giving Home Depot my email address or telephone number.

If you ever come to this Homedepot make sure to check out the pro desk ! All 4 associates are amazing Sergio Beba Saul Oscar really great people and friendly staff. Beba is the most one whom helps me out she knows my pro extra number , always helping me out on my orders and just going to a store that knows you by your name is great. 100 starts to the pro desk!!

This store is a very organized and clean location with old school, excellent customer service.

The store is well arranged and relatively clutter free. The employees are always helpful and friendly. Dogs are welcome!

I have enjoyed dealing with personnel in windows, doors, painting, plumbing and electrical I have found the staff personable and knowledgeable.

What I don't like about this Home Depot is that they seem to have gone to solely self checkout. If I wanted to work at Home Depot I would apply for a job there. What's next will we have to unload trucks and stock shelves to find what we need?

I go to this store on a daily basis. Every day i go i feel good going in due to the employees that work there. They are always smiling and willing to help out with any questions or concerns. The employees from pro desk are all amazing and always on top of there game amd checking people out. I honestly dislike going to other stores due too that they take forever. But not at the skillman store.

Im writing this review because a lot of times people only review bad service but the cashier at this store was so friendly and humble, I thought she deserved recognition. She gave every customer service with a smile and was friendly to all of us. Some of the aisles were dirty but I would go for this kind of service any day. Her name was Andree and I will wait in her line just to get that kind of service. God bless her

John in electrical was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, he went above and beyond and helped me come up with a creative solution to a handyman project. Can’t say enough good things about him.
