Tiara, an employee in the Skillman (Dallas,Tx) paint department, was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in guiding us to receive the paint we needed to paint my little boys table and chairs. Once we stood in line to get paint, she let us know she would be right with us, since she was currently helping another customer. She was very friendly, had a wonderful smile while she multi-tasked and helped several customers. Definitely a wonderful and valued employee on your team. Great job!

Kimberly was a great help to us down at the booth and I’m happy we got everything we went there for and we’re greeted with nothing but smiles and positive energy from this young women

Great service Kathy was knowledgeable about the Traeger smoker we were looking at and purchased. Made sure information and probes were all there nothing was missing. Went above Dallas Texas and beyond in assisting had several on the floor already assembled to just take home.

I took a dolly which had no tag or anything. Janna went to look for the SKU and price. She was being very friendly and professional. This is what customer service is all about.

The prices are never labeled correctly, and the checkout people are rude, condescending, and will walk away in mid sentence.

This is a huge store. I could shop FOR DAYS in this store. I could get LOST in this store. They do have a PLETHORA of goods here. Just about ANYTHING you could ever want or need in the building world. It was a challenge to get assistance from an employee BUT they were friendly AND one employee told me 5/8 is SMALLER than a 1/2......So there you have it. It IS an EXCELLENT STORE for the most. Shoppers heaven.

Fathia in garden center was very friendly and helpful with my needs. She went above & beyond to accommodate me and was very patient with me

Please stop doing surveys unless it's for a complaint! Most people won't take the time, and it hurts those who are doing right by the store. If the managers can't see who is good and who is bad, then you need new managers, not questionnaires.

The salesperson, Ken, was great. However I was told I was going to be given an 30-minute call before delivery and was called when the truck was outside my home and was told I had 15 minutes and they were moving on to the next appointment. When I called for help I was told there was no way to contact the drivers and I have to reschedule. More time off from work. Bad business.

I go out of my way to use Skillman home depot mainly because it's so close to my house. Today was just frosting on the cake. Keep up the good job. Thanks again! P.s. I rarely (Can't remember last time) give reviews or complain. As a service provider I know first hand how valuable good and negative feedback is. Ken should be a trainer if he's not already. p.p.s. I spent about 5 minutes with Ken if that. That's all it takes!

The store was great, but what really makes it special is Ken McCoy, the team member that assisted me in purchasing a new lawn mower. Sharp as a tack, answering all of my questions, and making suggestions without being pushy, Ken assisted me from the beginning of the interaction (with a 'hello'), to the end of the interaction (loading my new mower into my auto). He's a true asset to the company, and the reason that I'll return to this location.

This store has excellent customer service and a great selection of products!

The store is located in one of the highest crime areas in Dallas, and is not safe, especially at night. Criminal activity has been reported to store management and in surveys, and safety measures have not been taken. The parking lot is especially dangerous. They need to have visible security in the parking lots at all times.

You need a thick skin and great knowledge of the items your after, including the item skew numbers. The kids that work there are more interested in there weaves and talking to the other employees than they are in helping you..

Very nice employees. Every employee I saw greeted me/asked if I needed anything. The garden center is MASSIVE.

I was overwhelmed with a wall full of lightbulbs and right when I thought “I need to help”, a kind employee named Tiana came over and asked if she could help out with anything. It was my lucky day because she was very knowledgeable about lighting and asked all the right questions like what room I needed it for, what color is my lamp shade, etc. I was very pleased with the exceptionally customer service I received here.

I got to meet Joey and work with Cole today and their expertise and willingness to go above and beyond was clear. I had my baby with me and Cole offered to push my cart when he could tell I was overwhelmed. I can imagine working during a pandemic is stressful but Cole had a great attitude and I could tell he enjoys what he does and helping others. I really appreciated having the drive through for top soil that they loaded for me, even turning down my offer to help.

Rarely do they not have what I need, good service by helpful staff and efficient when purchasing in the store, ordering or on line. Good folks.

We have shopped this store numerous times and in all departments. Assistance has always been pleasant and go out of their way to help. Usually the product needed is on hand. Store and restrooms have always been clean. One of our favorite stores to shop
