This is the worst home depot I have ever been in. Very few cashiers. Poor service.

Excellent customer service although store was busy. Very conscientious about safety during the COVID 19 event. Store is well stocked and prices reasonable.

Customer service very inconsistent in paint department.

I can usually find what I need quickly but when I can't, I can always find help. Store is usually tidy. Associates are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

A friendly professional staff who go the extra mile to help customers. It's a warehouse not a department store but it is maintained neat, clean and stocked with all the products one could possibly need.

Finally finished my ceiling with the pine tounge& groove.

I moved here from Colorado in November. This has become one of my Favorite places to shop. I love the employees and Management is always kind and helpful. Most of the Employees know their stuff. Good solutions for the issues I have. There hasn't been a time yet I wasn't able to get help If I needed it. Great Job!

Employees are friendly and upbeat (maybe one or two bad eggs), willing to help you find or figure out what you need. Great tool rental department with knowledgeable help. Good selection for any project.

Dan helped me find some and possible parts, and Kim in customer service is always so much fun. They all have beautiful spirits to want to help you and are always friendly. I love shopping at the Show Low Home Depot. Natalie is always at the contractor door, it’s like visiting an old friend. And he even though they say The Home Depot is one of the smallest Home Depot‘s I always have trouble finding stuff and Derek -he helped me find the Propane hookup I needed.

My wife and I continue to find this Home Depot to be outstanding! We are owner/builders of our new home. Every time we come into this H.D. we find people who greet us with smiles and who are eager to be of assistance. In fact, we feel that we have made new friends with the good folks who work here.

This is the first house we have built and have been impressed by all the people that have helped us with questions over this building procedure. Recently someone didn't get our order correct and several employees took our concern and took the time to resolve it perfectly. We realize that mistakes can happen, yet the key is how well they take care of it. They did in a professional way. We love Home Depot!
