The majority of the materials I used in the most recent home I have built, came from the RE: Show Low Home Depot. I go there first to assess price, availability and quality of construction materials. Some times in months past it has taken a while to locate an employee for assistance. More recently it seems there are additional employees available, which cuts down on wait times . I appreciate that.

when you drive 50 miles to shop it is very nice to be treated courtiously.

Like most all stores up here in Show Low, Lakeside/Pinetop the stock/ shelves are empty if not getting there.

Went to go pick up my item and found out that they sold it after I had already bought it customer service told me they give me $200 off and I told her I have my military discount but she still do it she said yes after I got off the phone with customer service I proceeded to go talk with Clinton the assistant manager and I started to buy the new 3000 gallon tank instead of the 2500 gallon tank and I put my military discount out and he says oh sorry I can’t give you the $200 off which was for my inconvenience and them selling my tank out from under me. Assistant manager Clinton needs fired!!!!!!

I definitely think employees should pay more attention to customers. Ask if we need assistance. Save the employee chit-chat for their break

The store has good inventory which I appreciate very much, don't have to go online an wait for delivery. H Bought a beautiful refrigerator there that I love, an yesterday a new security door, right off the shelve, in the color I wanted!

i have never had a bad experiance at this store. employees have always been nice and smiling.

Usually I have a hard time finding what I need to and take longer than I expect shopping at home Depot. But this young man Paul . P help me more than I could ever imagine. If you help me find everything that I needed to. Give you tons information on rentals. Plus I got in and out lickety split. Very grateful for this young man well be coming back again.

I was so impressed by all the smiles and friendly sales people. They were helpful and knowledgeable. Store was bright and we'll stocked. Only downside was music was so loud it was hard to think.

We bought fescue artificial turf for our second home in Show low and no one else carries it the staff was extremely helpful

Store has been consistent in the six years we have purchased appliances and flooring from them. Good personnel to assist us.

We have a summer home in Pinetop. This has been our go to store for most everything gardening, tools etc. Everyone is always friendly and helpful.

I love this store for many reasons. They make you feel important and part of the family. Always courteous and professional service.

Store was nice and neat. Staff was very friendly, always makes us feel welcome and we just moved into town from out of state. When we picked up our curbside, Steve was a big help. Very informative and instructional. Love this store, will be coming here to buy products for our new property, since we will have alot of projects in the near future.

Jenny was extremely helpful in letting me check out at th ed customer service counter instead of having to go way across the store. Also checked out quite quickly too.

If it isn’t in stock on the shelves you can order it online and have it shipped to the store. I ordered a small pump for my pump house and it was half the price of one that I would’ve found in the store.

I just order all the material for a backyard deck. I was able to get everything I needed with just one visit. I am having it delivered.

This is one of the best home depot stores that we have visited. The staff make all the difference. The staff at this store was very friendly and very helpful. We did not need to search out help. Help found us promptly.

Management needs to step up and control the attitudes of most of the people working at this store. My last review was rejected by Home Depot. So I guess I have to be less specific and Conform to their politics.

Though at times the isles can be a little congested, the staff are always friendly and the shelves have a good stock of what I need. The Toll Rental crew are also the best!! ~Bal-istic Colors

I run across so many great employees at this store who always are willing to help!

We were assisted by a friendly, knowledgeable fellow when buying a water heater. When the model we selected was not easily found, a discount was offered on the premium model. Though we spent more, we won't be buying another any time soon!

We purchased a gas stove in the appliance department and had excellant service. The expertise guarentees when my stove arrives I will have all I need to cook with my propane ready devices.

This store is so AMAZING!!!! They have great workers and it makes me feel that is clean during this pandemic.

I don't often shop at this store due to finances and distance. With all the changes that are common in just about all businesses due to the covid 19 pandemic, it is hard to find many items that used to be stocked or possibly are reclassified. As a result, I had to ask several employees where I might find items that I came into the store to purchase. Of the 6 employees I made contact with, 5 were warm and friendly and helpful. The 6th was coldly professional, answering my questions in a terse manner. Almost seemed to be put out that I was asking anything, but did give me sufficient answers. The store was fairly clean, but there were empty shelves in several departments. Employees were busy filling shelves, so later in the day there should have been fewer empty shelves.

But i would advise people that this home depo employee's racial profile people of color it has happened to my husband and I twice in less than a month...not that it should've happen at all
