The Home Depot Rental Center at Show Low

Start your DIY project with confidence and the correct tools. Let The Home Depot Tool Rental Center in Show Low fill in the gaps in your toolbelt with the items you don't have on hand. You can rent the tools you need and bring them back when you're done. If it makes sense to have those rental tools around all the time, we have used tools available for purchase. Compared to the new items on our store shelves, they're discounted.

Make Painting Easier with Paint Sprayers and Rental Ladders
Take advantage of warmer weather to paint outdoors. Rent paint sprayers to get professional coverage fast and make surfaces look new again. Ladder rentals help you reach high places when painting fences, houses, and sheds. We carry extension ladders and step ladders for small to medium jobs, so you won't have to wait when you're ready to work.

Tame the Greenery and Lawn Early
Greet the spring with outdoor power equipment rentals and whip the yard into shape again. Neaten the yard with a rental lawn mower and leaf blower, the trees and hedges with a chainsaw, and the sidewalks and driveway with a rental pressure washer. Your outdoor oasis will be refreshed and ready for new spring flowers before you know it.

Load 'N Go Trucks
If you're looking to rent a large tool but don't have a way to get it home, we can help with that too. Check out our Load 'N Go rental vehicles and rent a truck. Avoid taking up room in the driveway with an old pickup truck for the rare occasion of hauling items. Just rent what you need when you need it and keep your driveway open for grilling or a game of catch.

How do I rent tools or trucks?

Stop by your local Rental Center to see which tools or trucks you can rent. If you'd like to be sure of what's in stock, call first to inquire about a truck or tool. You might also check out our tool rental or truck rental pages to see if what you need is carried at your store. For more info on renting tools, read these Tool Rental FAQs, which includes terms and conditions for the equipment.

Can I rent a tool for an hour?

Tool rentals start at four hour time slots. It depends on how long you'd like to rent them. Small home improvement projects may only require a short rental period, and we can accommodate large projects as well. You've got options to rent tools by the month, week, or day, too. If you need it longer than anticipated, call your Rental Center for an extension and avoid late fees.

When do I return the tools?

You can return the tools early if you finish your project faster than planned, but on-time works, too. Just make sure to bring them back by the deadline listed on your rental paperwork. Please clean off mud and grime from the tool as well. If you need them longer, give the rental center a call to see if you can extend your rental period.

How long can I rent a truck?

Rent a pickup truck, van, or flatbed truck for as long as you need it. For short trips, 75 minutes may be enough time. Otherwise, consider renting it by the day or the week, depending on the length of your project. Don't forget to factor in the drive to and from the store, as you must return it to the same store you rented it from. Penske moving truck rentals allow round-trip options as well as one-way options, and they have different terms. Be sure to read the contract and terms and conditions before choosing a van.

Should I refill the rental truck before I bring it back?

Yes, please fill up the truck before you bring it back. Make a note of the amount of gas in the tank when you receive the truck, and be sure to fill it with enough gas to match that level. When you don't refill the truck, you'll have to pay a penalty known as the fuel replacement charge.

Can I rent a truck with only a driver's license?

No, you also need to be 21 or older, in addition to holding a valid driver's license. Depending on your state, you might require car insurance, as well as a credit card hold or a deposit, too. Please bring your credit card for Home Depot truck rentals, as we don't accept cash. Penske moving truck rentals have different requirements.
